I ordered my food online and Confirmation of my order said it would be ready at 9:48 I got to the restaurant at 9:52 waited in... the Drive through line for 10 minutes because the inside was locked finally got to the window and three different employeestared at me through the window before the fourth one came to the window and ask me what I needed I told him I had a onlineorder it was supposed to been ready at 9:48 he then proceeded to tell me that my order will be out in a few minutes. Ordered two coney dogs and two bacon ranch fries. Coney dogs came like this. Absolute mess with chili all over the inside of the... bag and containers. The fries had no ranch on them. Food didn't taste right to me . And I grew up in a gold star kitchen. The worst of all was the service. They didn't ask if we... needed anything at all the whole time . Only bring us what we requested with the meal and never returned to table . Our waitresswent to bathroom and didn't come out til we needed a check. Not to mention I was being stared at very hard like they were upsetwe walked in and they weren't very friendly even when we say thank you to no response. Will not return to this gold star . Read more
I usually love this place and location and I've never had a problem until now. I asked for two kids hot dogs plain they put... cheese on it, ok no big deal I took the cheese off. I ordered a burger and it was very undercooked and I hope I don't get sick:( I love medium rare however that's not ideal for me in a fast food setting. I've been hearing alot about Gold Stars burgers so thought I'd give it a try today for lunch and I'm dead serious that the... burger I had was one of the best burgers I've had. I got the classic cheeseburger with cheddar, pickle, tomato and lettuce withthe heavenly sauce. The heavenly sauce is unbelievable. I liked it so much I took my wife back later for dinner. ????. I just had probably the worst cheese coneys I have ever had in my life. I was the only one in the drive thru, the dining room... was already closed, and I received a hot mess of cheese coneys (see pic). Why would you think this is acceptable to give to acustomer? I love Cincinnati chili and the benefit of this Gold Star is its open later than most food places in the area. Thiswas totally unacceptable and I probably will never return. Read more
Was pleasantly surprised by the timely & friendly service...best burger in the area....I'll be back. Probably tonight !
