This location has went down hill. Our deliveries are always late and now our orders are consistently wrong. Last time we had... Papa J?s, we received a pizza with the wrong toppings so my husband called the store. We were told they would make the correctpizza but we had to come pick it up? Not how that should go but whatever. My husband goes to pick it up and they made the pizzawith the correct toppings but it was the wrong size (made a medium and he ordered a large). A month ago, I ordered a large pizza from the Fairfield OH Papa Johns. I wanted it cut in squares, so online, I marked that I... wanted it in squares. When the pizza arrived, it was cut in slices. Not what I wanted, but whatever. Doesn't affectmuch. Today, I decided to order a large pizza again. I didn't want to come off karen-like, but I like the pizza cut in squares.I marked it online and then decided to call the store. I asked the rep to please make sure it was cut in squares. He said hewould take care of it. Lo and behold? Slices. There's no recourse other than not eating there again except for posting a reviewonline. It is what it is. Admittedly, it won't do much, but if something as simple as telling the baker not to cut it in slicescan't be honored minutes before it occurs, then the least I can do is post a one-star review with the hopes that someone mightread this and think to order from a competitor instead. What a horrible experience?.. Ordered a pizza and cheese bread at 1:50pm finally received my order at 3:20pm. Pizza is cold and... the rude delivery guy said order elsewhere we have no help. I will never order anything from any papa John?s ever again! Theprice is expensive there is a delivery fee and no service along with waiting almost 2 hours for the cold delivery?. Read more
I'm a huge fan of pizza in almost any variety. Papa John's has been a staple for our pizza night for the last decade. There are... many locations that are close to our location and we have tried them all. This particular location is more consistent with theirquality than the other locations in our area. I prefer to pickup and they are very consistent in having the pizza ready on time.Of course, the staff has been a bit overwhelmed during the last couple years but they haven't allowed that to affect the qualityof their pizza. Some nights it takes a bit longer for the pizza's to be ready but they are worth the wait. Read more

Typically, the pizza is good and the staff is friendly. However, they refused to honor online deals because the website was... supposed to reflect updated deals ( but it didn't). To top it off, our Philly cheese steak pizza was nearly meatless, see photo. Read more
Received my Ultimate pepperoni pizza today with "2 cheese" blend on it. Which is like putting mac and cheese on ICECREAM. So I... called and manager tried lying to me saying that's how it was made and calling me a liar that I dont know what ive been orderingfor YEARS. I didn't even mention it was BURNT because he might have said thats how its always been cooked! Im our "FIRE WOODOVEN". After finally clearing up that it's not made that way he told me I would have to try to get a credit through a 3rd partycompany, that there is nothing he can do.
