Literally just ordered a thin crush with extra cheese an hr ago and they sent me a regular hand tossed with nothing extra. Tried... calling and as always this location never answers their phone. Poor service and poor attention to detail. Read more
The delivery person was very polite and friendly. Instead of delivering 2 20 oz.bottles pops I had ordered, he brought a 2... liter. He apologized profusely because they were out of the 20 oz. bottles. The pizza I ordered was very good, but was just alittle to greasy for my aginig body. Read more

I ordered and paid online $38.08. When My husband went to pick up the order, he was nice enough to give the workers a tip. But I... was then charged $38.08 and $41 for the same pizza. No my husband did not swipe the card again as it was home with me. All hedid is filled out the credit slip giving the additional tip to the $38.08. Now, I understand both charges might be pending inmy account because my husband gave a tip, but the $38.08 should have fell off LIKE EVERY OTHER RESTAUANT does. So I went to thestore, spoke to the manager who called her store manager from her cell. They told me dispute it with the bank. when I said ijust want a refund since it was your mistake that you charged me twice, the reply was "don't know what to tell you, dispute itthrough your bank" WOW...there was no attempt to make this right even though the manager acknowledge their mistake, NOT EVEN AAPOLOGY for double charging me. just a shrug of the shoulder. that's great customer service. Absolutely do not even order from this location. I ordered in app. Not only did the food not arrive, they charged me and kept... the money. Phone kept ringing. Hours trying to get through. Sent a message to corporate. Only got the auto response of "Theyshould reply in a couple of business days." Someone named Nicole tried to contact me via phone despite my request asking email.Never heard anything again. They'll take your money and never deliver. Avoid like the plague. I have not had Pizza Hut in years and this was my first time getting pizza from this Pizza Hut location tonight. Our pizzas had... a generous amount of toppings(even the gluten free pizza) and unlike a lot of other pizza places when you add extra cheese, youactually get it here! It's also cheaper to get a large supreme pan Pizza at Pizza Hut than the other pizza places I have beenordering from. Our order was ready on time and the cashier was super nice! Got 2 of the Melts, that Pizza hut has been promoting. Not At all like you see on tv. Flat, dry, crunchy ( not in a good way ,... but an almost burnt way). Very little cheese, no sauce inside and just about a tablespoon of sauce in a side cup. It was ahard, dry disc with some meat inside. Read more
