We ordered pizza there the first time and it was delicious, ordered the next weekend and they missed backing a pizza so gave me... a discount. We ordered 4 pizzas this weekend and they smelled and tasted like garbage. I guess one of the reviews I read thatthere lazy was right, I guess they cooked them that way because they don't like filling big ordered. We ordered two pizzas and 18 wings with 18% tip came to $87. The food was delivered by Uber and the last text we received... indicated the food was out for delivery. We waited for the food and after a while we decided to look outside. The driver leftthe food in front of the apartment building without ringing the buzzer or anything. We did not receive a text stating our foodhad been delivered. This was frustrating after paying so much for cold food. I should have trusted my instincts and went withJet's. If I could give no star I would! They don't do their own delivery and certainly do not tell you. Some chick in PJ's showed up to... my house and was missing an item!! I tried to call that night over and over to no avail... Reached out to corporate and it seemsthey don't care either. I grew up loving Pizza Hut, this is not even close to what once was amazing! Food was hot, delicious, and exactly what I ordered. It was ready as soon as I pulled up, 15 minutes after ordering. I haven't... had pizza hut in years and this order made me question myself on why. I see these other 1, 2, 3, star reviews but I gotta go ahead and give em a 5. My family and I got to our hotel kind of late and... we were very hungry. In this area, the only place open at 10:00 pm on a Wednesday was pizza hut. We ordered a large pepperonipizza and honey BBQ wings. I ordered it online and it was quick and easy. Order confirmation told us about 35 min and it wasdead on. Food got to us quick and it was hot. The food was perfect and the girl delivered it with a smile. They saved ourstomachs and did it well. No prices on the menu... Order wings... And was shocked that it was 21.49 plus tax for a 12 piece.... But it was delicious...... Cooked perfectly... The bbq chicken tasted alright almost microwavable vibe... The sweet chili sauce was delicious.... Nice bigsize wings... The pizza was super cheesy which was perfect.. sausage tasted amazing.. pizzas were cooked perfect... Not toofriendly customer service... Bread sticks weren't hot, and melt was disappointing. Over cooked in the outside. Weird extra dough inside. Honestly, the roach... trap on the counter should have been a flag to get out if there. Disappointing lunch. Maybe their dinner crew is better? Read more
