Not what it use to be. Our order today the bread was stale and there were hardly no toppings. My adult daughter went to get it... and she went in to order it because the last time I ordered online it was no good either. I always shop local but when it's nogood I'm not wasting my time. Read more
the only subway I can eat at. Always very clean and nice staff! UPDATE: Place has been having issues, lately getting good folks... on night shift, understandable, it happens. Last couple times I placed an order there were issues with missing items and ordersjust being done the opposite of the way of what I ordered. Talked to the manager and she made it right and even told me how sheplans to correct the issues she had been having. I am a big believer in mistakes happen, it is all about how you make up for itthat matters. Just hoping they get it sorted out! I'm not ordering online here anymore. I am either getting someone else's order when I pick up or getting a mush sandwich that... was a mess. I will go to the one on Main St. where the same guy who is always there does a great job. Read more
Good stuff, as always. Prices were decent enough, & the guys were efficient when getting my order together. Only thing keeping... this from a "5-star," is that Subway got rid of the Sub-club. That's been my go-to sandwich for years. Maybe I just missed it,but I looked pretty hard... dang. Otherwise, good stuff! Read more
2 little girls working in there with extremely rude attitudes I ask for extra light ranch and they purposely smothered the... sandwich in ranch I asked them to remake it and they proceeded to roll their eyes and dig into my other sandwich that wasalready made I will never repeat never go to this Subway again what is with the fast food in Ross this town has the poorestquality fast food of any where I have ever seen in my life! I used to work at this subway. I know they get A+ ratings from the health department. Cookies are made fresh daily a couple... times a day. The people here are friendly and I'm more than happy to spend my money at this subway . It is much cleaner than theones in Hamilton. And I love in Hamilton. Read more
