I got food poisoning from here on our way to a State Park. We had to turn around and come back, 5 hours in the car, ruining the... day and I was miserable for almost 24 hours. My boyfriend's sweet tea was spoiled, just turned and should not have been served.I just moved to Fairfield, and I'm disappointed that one of the few restaurants in town serves inedible food. I took a chance on this place, not again. They forgot items in the order despite repeating it back in full and the food was... disgusting, burnt up onion rings and everything was so greasy. One of my tacos was just crumbled up in the bag. Gross. Found a short, black hair mixed in with my popcorn chicken last time I ate here. This is disgusting and very unsettling because... a different review mentioned a customer receiving food with a hair in it and apparently they were NOT wrong! I don't want toeat here again because of this since apparently it isn't an isolated incident. Cleanliness also seemed sketchy at this location;makes me wonder how clean the kitchen area is. The Huntsville location is always immaculate so I expected this location to beclean as well. Read more

I don?t know about other restaurants in other areas but about 9/10 times will they get your order wrong here. I asked for the... BBQ Cluck Deluxe and yet I still get handed a burger with zero chicken. They even tell me the order at the window and stillmanage to hand me everything wrong. Very lazy workers and slow service at that. Would not eat here if you want exactly whatyou?re ordering. Fries always old and cold, tacos soggy like they?ve been sitting out for 4 hours.
