I?ve said this a couple times, but it?s a whataburger with truck parking. That being said, Place isn?t great. Restaurant is... kinda dirty, and they got my order wrong. I?m not gonna complain though I got a free drink out of the deal, but next time itcould be worse. Food was as good as I expected and the wait wasn?t to bad. I?ll be back! Waited 35min for one burger,fries and a shake. After 35min my burger was handed to me. No fries. No shake. 5min later they gave... me what was missing. Almost an hour of my life. I could have cooked one myself in less time. Hey! That's an idea! Next time Iwill. Read more
This Whataburger drives us nuts! We were so excited to have one in Fairfield but they get the order wrong 9/10 times. They NEVER... give us ketchup. We have to hound them for it. Dude, just throw a couple in the bag? I don?t get why they?re so greedy with it.They act like it?s coming out of their paycheck! My husband asked for half and half tea in the drive thru and they literallygave us half tea half coffee. Are you kidding me??? I wish it was like the Whataburger off of 45 in Corsicana! I normally don't have an issue. However, when you've sat at curbside (online order) for over 20 minutes waiting for your food... while 8 cars in the drive thru have already ordered, gotten their food, and left. It's pretty sad. I spent my whole lunch breakwaiting for my food. Thank you whataburger for using my whole lunch break. So much for doing online orders to try avoid waitingas long. Read more
Constantly forgetting items I order. Very friendly but seem to be always in a hurry especially when they have only 1 drive thru... lane open. What's the point of having 2 lanes if you do not use them. Can barley understand the person in the drive thru todayfrom talking to fast. I know it's fast food but if you forget items IMO you need to SLOW down just a bit. I'd rather wait a bitlonger than to have to constantly ask for stuff I order. Read more
Definitely won?t return for supper. wasted my time for a cheese burger with Mayo and onions that?s all. Got it fixed. Had to ask... for my fries. Then got an attitude for asking for ketchup??? Nope. Don?t go here if you?re in hurry. We ended up leaving. We waited 20-30 minutes in the drive through for the car that was at the... window to move and we were 2 cars back. We weren?t willing to waste another 20 minutes per car. We thought of going to a sitdown restaurant and we?re rushing home because we had a baby and the time we spent at the drive through could?ve probably beenspent at a sit down restaurant. Read more
