Burger King is my favorite of the fast food restaurants, but lately the price for being fast outweighs the quality. Almost $20... for a whopper with cheese, small drink and small fries. Take advantage of coupons and their app for discounts, otherwise you'rebetter off getting a steak sandwich or burger at one of the area sit down restaurants for basically the same price. I work in retail and I train cashiers quite frequently and I don't know how to approach this other than to say Mary is woefully... unpleasent. My mom and I went in a few weeks ago and after we placed our order I noticed that I had mayo on my sandwich,andyes,I'm allergic and I did inform the cashier,and truthfully while it's a big deal the level of rudeness Mary displayed is. AsI was standing there the cashier walked over and asked what was wrong with my sanwich. She wasn't exactly thrilled but she tookit and told the person making it to do it again and at a different station without the mayo. Mary gets the sandwich and losesher mind! "Did you put mayo on it?",the cook tells her no,"Are you sure?",the cook says,'I didn't." and this woman procedes tomake snide comments the entire time I was standing there. My mom and I could hear her from across the dinningroom and I'mreally surprised none of these people either clocked her or just quit. I don't know if she thought she was being entertainingor lording it over the employees but she was not entertaining me and all I felt as I walked away was pity for anyone whoencounters this woman! After a few bites both my mother and I were done. Listening to someone chew out employees,More to thepoint teenagers!,was getting on our nerves. Mary there's no specific law that says you need to work in an industry thatrequires contact with people,and this is coming from someone who works in a store all day,and you really need to become aware ofyour limits. If people annoy you,if you constantly feel the need to insult,degrade and belittle others perhaps you shouldconsider retirement or entering another profession. Sandy was amazing, courteous, and extremely helpful... Mary the "manager" needs to find another profession... I cannot believe... how she treats her employees, and in front of customers as well. She is extremely rude with her words, body language, and justhow she talks down to her employees in general... You just don't do that! People like that, make it impossible to be a team! Shewas even rude to me, and all I asked was if she could explain the difference between a BK burger and another Burger... But theway she speaks to, and treats her employees, is definitely unacceptable! Read more
