Usually great, but on April 6th, I stopped for an iced coffee and a wake up wrap...what's up with 1/2 an egg?
I work right around the corner, every single time I get coffee there for my co workers it?s always messed up have to repeat... myself 3 or 4 times. Ask for more pumps of the flavor. And today I get a bacon egg and cheese. No cheese half a slice of rawbacon and NO EGG. This locations trash, I don?t know why I keep trying. Read more
The manager Morgan told me that they were closed at 7:58 while in line at drive thru. I had been behind a car that she took... their order. I had to stay in line behind that car as it went to window. Behind me a car was served . I proceeded to the windowand complained to another employee. She filled my order while the manager Morgan came by and was rude. I asked for the owner?sinformation and she said she didn?t have it. I have owned a service business for 33 years, and I would fire an employee likeMorgan if she disgraced our company. The drive thru. looks long but it moves fast. The employees at the window are super friendly and efficient. The breakfast... sandwiches are very good with a side of mini hash browns. You can order ahead on line and they bring the order out to you. Read more
First new store store. Even had cake donuts but clerk put upside in bag else 4*
Simple yet exceeding expectations; I ordered a large coffee and muffin through the D&D app before leaving home, submitted the... order as I turned onto Plaza Way, found ample parking outside this clean/brand new location, walked in and easily spotted myname on the "to-go" screen (far right of counter), and found my order already waiting for me on the "pick-up" shelves.
