I am a regular customer at this location and every time me and my boyfriend come here they give excellent service and we?re... those customers that always get our usuals and the workers know ahead of time what we want. This particular time we went earlyat 12 in afternoon which we shouldn?t have done because we was told they can?t give us the extra meat we wanted on our hot subsand that they?re only able to give a certain amount for extra?.how can you put a limit on what customer wants if they paying forit?? We even asked if they could cut the sandwiches for us and they said they don?t cut the hot subs. Even if you don?t cut themif I ask you don?t say that you don?t cut the hot subs. I should be able to get my food the way I want if I am paying for it.That to me is very crazy cause the usual workers at this location are always willing to give us what we ask for and this time itwas all different. Never again will we come this early in day because I never heard of a customer wanting their food a certainway and being told they can?t have it the way they want smh. I went in to order a couple sandwiches for our day on the boat. I was pleasantly surprised by the fact they were open early. But... the most impressive thing about this location, was , Jose. He was courteous and very enthusiastic about his position and thequality of the food he was preparing. Since I was the only one there, I had a chance to talk with Jose while he was preparingour sandwiches. He was so well groomed and so happy to be working there. Jose is an extraordinary person and employee. The ownerof this location is extremely fortunate to have Jose there. It was the best service and a damn good sandwich. Give this youngman a raise and a key to the building. Just absolutely terrific I would give him 100 stars. Read more

I really liked the food, it tastes good and was made fast. I was surprised by how big the sub was for such a great price too.
What?s wrong with this place? ??? They never follow the requests correctly, first time when I order they gave the wrong bread,... second order they gave the wrong topping and the third time is even worse, I didn?t make any request and they simply just skiponion, lettuce and tomato..etc and the bread is dry, I will never order from this location again!!!!! I have ordered from them @ numerous locations & recently ordered from this store and have had my order made completely wrong... twice with stale ingredients. I emailed corporate and the store individually. I received an email saying I would hear fromsomeone in 24hrs but still haven't. I'm very upset. Read more
