the server was very pleasant , the problem was the food. the ragu bolenese was not cooked properly. the carrots were still... uncooked. for the price of the antipasto, you would expect less salad and more italian meats. this was more like fast fooditalian than actual dine in. Read more
The food was mediocre. Our waitress messed up on our orders. She then tried to tell us that she couldn't have made a mistake. In... a loud voice, she rattled off how she had precisely taken the orders. My husband and I would have accepted the meals, but theywere dishes that we both disliked. Had a reservation, small group of 7. My initial comment upon entering was that I find the Fairhaven location so much nicer than... New Bedford. After my dining experience, appearances can be deceiving. Not once, not twice but 3 times dead flies dropped fromsomewhere on to our table...and they were flying around the entire time. I made a "simple" request with my pizza order...pleasetell the chef that I would like "a little less cheese and sauce". I emphasized, just put a little less than usual. On top ofthe wait which did seem unusually long, my pizza was cold when it was delivered to the table. I told the waitress to warm it upa bit. She obliged and the pizza, if you want to call it that, was returned to me hot as it should be. Unfortunately, insteadof a nice pizza, I received a piece of cardboard covered with the tiniest hint of sauce covered by a scant amount ofcheese...but at least now it was hot. I go here almost anytime i can, i love the endless bread sticks and salads and the waitresses are very kind and well equipped... and experience to be able to handle multiple orders while still being present to those who need it. I absolutely love thehospitality and that is why I'm giving it a five-star the food is always been cooked right stop waiters and waitresses havealways got to me on time and within a reasonable margin. And even when they're booked they do seem to make the process prettyquick at least when I've been there I know the experience may be different for others but I've been there literally eight timesout of 10 every time that I'm there like I said I go there often so as a reviewer I give my honest opinion 100% every time. Nice old school Italian restaurant. I ordered the chicken Parmesan. It wasn't the standard fried chicken dish. It was cooked in... marsala wine. Good but different. Prices are very reasonable. Service was good. Deserts were great. ( ice cream lasagna). Wewill be back. Read more
Spaghetti with meat sauce, Delicious. Serving size was huge, brought 1/2 home with me. Servers were very pleasant, attentive,... but not bothersome. My first time there. But it won't be my last. Read more

Seafood casserole was delicious as always. The carry out team was spot on. After working in the industry for over 50 years it is... so nice to go to a restaurant that runs like a well oiled machine. Keep up the wonderful work. Read more
