Recently tried calling for a last minute sub platter order. Due to the app not working! Got answered with a person who didn?t... speak clearly into the phone. He ummmed the hole time. When I explained my situation about the site not working if informed methat he couldn?t take over the phone orders. So I asked what are we suppose to do if the app isn?t working and we need to placea large order to be picked up. He said he wasn?t sure he has no training with the app. So I called subway in Granville NY thelady was very pleasant she took my ordered and assured it would be ready for me at my desired time. So fairhaven lost out on the85 dollar sale and any future business. I live in poultney and Granville is only a few mins farther then fairhaven. Read more

Wont go to this store again tuna sub - more bread than anything else
Pretty good, but a little stingy with the ingredients.
Twice in a row I have come here and had disgusting subs. Lukewarm food and all around mediocre service. Literally the only... reason I eat here is so I don't starve during my work day. It's been a major let down since there used to be better workers andit seems they let them all go. Two major thumbs down. Read more
If you approve of anti semitism than this is the place for you. As a former employee of this sad excuse for a business I was... constantly harassed for my faith by other employees. The manager "Pat" did nothing but laugh when this was brought to hisattention. Also, no one washes their hands and cross contamination is a VERY common occurrence here. Read more
Staff was very unfriendly and they did not allow me to use an online coupon without going outside the restaurant and ordering... with the app. Not happy with the staff! I would love to hear back from someone in management! Read more
