Where do I start....in drive thru for 20 minutes. ordered the new cheese taco shell item and a drink. got to window,payed,... received bag and drink. stayed in parking lot and when I opened bag, WRONG order!!! went inside. woman behind counter says "you got the wrong order too" ?????? so I told her what I wanted, now she tells me they don't make that. then why didn't tellme that when I ordered. She gave me some kind of taco. Now I know I paid more for my original order than what I got. She wasvery non-professional. Threw the bag at me. Never apologized. Pretty much never get the right order, how do you work here and not know your own menu, pathetic. And I shouldn't order a $5... burrito with $1 worth of food in it. You chose to work there so do your jobs or get replaced. Read more
I'll usually end up at Taco Bell in Fairhaven a few times a month and the service is consistently quick and the food always hot.... The only issue I've really had with this place is when ordering ahead and picking up in store. Make sure you have your beveragebefore leaving! Besides that they've good and quick food for when you're in a hurry or just craving a taco! Read more
Not the best taco bell not the worst. Don't expect any accommodations if you need to change part of your oder. Also, wouldn't... give out drinks during covid but still charged (bought box deal). Was able to get dunkin down the road though. Didn't makesense. Still charged the same. Also felt rushed at drive thru. Pretty slow service provided how rushed we were. Read more
Taco Bell is never that busy when I go there, very easy to get in and out. The one thing I would warn people about is to always... view how much sodium they are eating, many of the items here have a "sodium warning" so for those especially with heartconditions stay wary. Read more
