The Donut Factory was truly a transformative experience. My cousin, sister and I went here on a whim and met the beautiful and... charming Ashley and Angie. They gave amazing recommendations and had so many options to choose from. The digital menu slideshowgoes really fast, so they provided us with to-go menus and made sure we felt comfortable. The energy in there was so good, and,although I live 45 mins away, I will be coming back to Fairhaven just to come hang out with these amazing ladies. 1000/10. Thecoffee was a spiritual awakening. The donuts could cure terminal diseases. I don?t believe in God but I think that someotherworldly being must exist for this place to be as magical as it is. Read more
The Iced Reese's Cappuccino was excellent. Best glazed donut in the area and the coffee roll is excellent as well.
We always have great service at The Donut Factory and our dogs absolutely love visiting!! The two employees who helped us today... were so accommodating and helpful and even when my husband almost dropped our donuts, we laughed about it! We love The DF! Read more

I went here twice today and had two very different experiences. This morning ( around 8 am ) I stopped in for my first time. I... ordered a drink a 1/2 dozen donuts and that?s it. I was scared to order more and here?s why ? the women next to me asked theemployee , she had red glasses , if you carried a chocolate cream filled donut the girl looked at her with disgust as if thiswas the most ridiculous question to ask and then responded ?no? with an eye roll. After that I did not want to even order abreakfast sandwich because clearly that would have been too much for these girls to do. On my way home I stopped in againbecause my coffee was really good and I wanted another. The three girls here were so friendly , they were joking with each otherand Ashley who took my order was great. I told them about my Morning and they were as annoyed as I was about it. We went to TWO gourmet donut shops today. By accident ???? Mrs. Wally put directions in for one and when we got there it was... the wrong one. She whispered in my ear that the Donut Factory was 5 min away. I bought donuts anyway ???? When we got to theright place we asked if they moved..... They told us they used to be on the other side of town and a new donut place moved in,so we were in the right spot, just wrong time. Double donuts is a good day!!!! Amazing variety of classic and gourmet crafteddonuts. Two things that stood put were the KFC cheese bread and the Chik-Fil-A bread. Chicken, sauce, cheese, and other goodnesson fresh baked breads. Gourmet tater tots in a bunch of different combinations. Coffee was fresh and tasty. Also offers dailyspecials. Read more
No better Donut in America. The toppings and fillings are amazing too. Yet the simple donut here reigns supreme. Simply amazing!
