I'd give less if I could. I was just in the restaurant and I heard an employee comment "I'm not doing it" go in back for a... minute then return and refuse to serve 3 customers in line, saying " we're only taking mobile orders today". Apparentlycustomers that actually come in can just be refused? Why not lock the doors? Why not have a sign?! I won't be going back thereand don't think I'll be going to any Wendy's for a while, obviously they don't need the business, they can just turn customersaway like that... Read more

Usually I don't have a problem, but I'm not gonna waste my time here now. One of the girls working just left the one other girl... alone who can't place anybody's orders with a line forming behind myself..Then after waiting a few mins for my food, my food wascold af...sooo after waiting for the "manager" to come back to cash me out and for the time for my food to be "cooked" I wastedmy whole lunch break. WHOEVER was on drive thru window today at 4:10 on September 23, 2022 a Saturday, you need a HUGE SHOUT OUT!! All I ordered was a... small fry and she asked if I wanted any sauce and I said yeah sweet and sour thanks that would be awesome. I love to dip myfries in sauce but usually the girls at the window look at me weird cuz I didn't order nuggets, and she said, "Oh I love doingthat!" This wendys has been horrendous and someplace to avoid for a long while. I found out through upper management that this Wendys... was getting a new manager, and my fiancé and I decided to try it. Fast service and the food was hot. Hopefully new managementwill continue making improvements ans turn the store around. Read more
they took forever to take orders and had terrible service. do not recommend. they had no small lids.
