Wonderful!!!! We started our day on a private fishing charter and had our catches grilled and fried by the cook at Big Daddy's.... They were so accommodating with great suggestions on how to cook the fish. The fried catfish was the best we have ever had. The red fish and bass was great too. The sides were plentiful. We ate lunch here. Husband had a Big Daddy burger and I had a Grilled Shrimp basket with onion rings. We were very pleased with... the portions, taste and presentations of our meals. We sat outside on the porch overlooking the Fish River. So pleasant! Read more
I?ve eaten here before and I loved it. Last time I got the fried crawfish tails and they were so good. This time I got the fried... crab claws and they were absolutely amazing. I was however surprised about the price of them. A pound is $46 dollars no joke. Igot half a pound and it was around $20. Definitely filled me up though so I recommend getting the fried crab claws! We went here for the first time while our son was participating in a 7v7 Tournament on a cold Saturday. The food was fresh and... good. Our son got the burger and ate it on the way home. He tried to save half until we got home but he couldn't because he saidit was so fresh and good. My husband got the Buffalo wings and you could smell the heat as soon as they were put on the tableAND they weren't so hot that you couldn't taste the seasoning, they had flavor. My Big Daddy basket was exactly what i had beencraving but of course it had so much food i couldn't eat it alone so my husband ate the shrimp. I took the rest home, friedoysters and a large fish filet. My son ended up eating the left over fish filet with some rice. We'll definitely be going back. Read more
I usually don't give bad reviews. Hopefully it was just a bad day. The restaurant was out of oysters , crab claws. The gumbo... was a 6 out 10. My wife ordered 1/2 a shrimp Po boy and gumbo. They forgot the gumbo and brought a whole sandwich. Instead ofjust getting the gumbo the took back half her sandwich and brought the gumbo 10 minutes later. Oh and the Crab dip was straightout of can. 100%. I won't be recommending this place Read more

I was FINALLY able to get here while it was open. SO glad I came. The Big Daddy Burger was 2 HUGE patties, bacon, swiss &... cheddar cheese and cooked perfectly. The fries were hot and not overly seasoned and the onion rings were delicious! My motherloved her burger and sweet potato fries. Our server was Bud and he was great! Read more
