Sat at the bar Monday night. The bar was filthy with food stuck to it. The bartender finally showed up with an attitude. We... kindly asked for a bar rag and didn't mind cleaning the bar but she got more attitude. Never took drink order, slid a few menusat us and had more attitude. We got up and walked out. Went to Agave and was greeted with a pleasant hostess and a server whowas happy to see us. Food and service was great at Agave. Tipped well. This was my first time eating at Cactus Cantina. I had the spinach and mushroom quesadilla, it was really good. My friend had... the chicken and cheese nachos, which she said was delicious. We went in at lunchtime and our service was great, we were in andout in about an hour. Read more

Lunch for six with drinks. Really good food with large portions. Great service and great outdoor seating. Fajitas, fish tocos,... and everything else we had were delicious. Draft beer selection was limited, but what we ordered was cold and fresh. Great placefor Mexican food. Read more

This was the best Mexican cuisine I've had in a long time. The salsa was flavorful, the chips were hot and freshly made, and our... entrees came out timely. I had the burrito ranchero with steak and the steak was not over cooked or under cooked-just right. Andit was seasoned very well. And y'all are onto something with those "cactus grits". I would not recommend this spot if you have a food allergy. My family and I went here while on vacation and we let the waitress... know upon ordering that one of our members had a shellfish allergy. She assured us everything would be cooked separately.However, this wasn?t the case after eating a few bites of her nachos she started to have an allergic reaction. We spoke with themanager, who seemed not to care one bit, his response was well they do cook the chips with shrimp but I don?t know because I?mnot back there.
