Started going here recently on weekends to play pool with a buddy and watch football. I always had heard negative things about... the plow (that it was overcrowded, overpriced, and never good music). After visiting the past three weekends, all the things Iwas told were not true. The bartenders are great and personable if you?re personable with them. Music is good. Pool tables andsticks are kept in phenomenal condition compared to many other local bars. Drinks are at a great price. And there?s usually nolarge crowds when I?m there in the evenings. Overall, great bar. After reading reviews about it, seems like some people go outtheir own way to create their own bad experience, but I can say that I?ll be coming to shoot pool and hang out here to drink fora while. Definitely worth a visit (or two) before making any assumptions based off other peoples word of mouth. Read more
Small town bar where everyone knows each other. Always some kind of drama the couple times I've been there. In response to the... owner, I had to leave once because of one your regulars causing confrontation with me. She was a regular so therefore I wasasked to leave. Please do not say you know me just from being in your bar a couple of times. I've heard from many people whodidn't enjoy Plow because of drama. There is no tension on my end. I felt the need to reply at how unprofessional your feedbackas a business was to me. I could say a lot more that I've seen there just those couple times but I will keep that to myself! Haven't been in The Plow on a few months. Normally a fun place for a quiet drink. Took a picture and was told I needed to ask... permission.. that they ban people for taking pictures. Ok.. Bar Tender. I doubt I'll be back and I won't recommend The Plow inthe future. Read more
This is one of my all time favorite bars. Richard is a phenominal bartender. It is a locals / regulars bar but they are very... inviting and have zero tolerance for shenanigans. They have really good music a few pool tables and a great dart board area .Outside smoking patio with a TV and they always have the fight and game on. Hands down one of my favorite bars and I move allthe time and have drank my way through all of mobile to write a blog. Read more

Ric's blues band was amazing! Good drinks, good service, great atmosphere! Would definitely go again!
The worst bar ever! The owner is aggressive and actual shoved me outside bc he didn't like that I called a regular a "POS" and... the owner only hopes he could get paid, but the ladies use him for free drinks! He and the bar are garbage! I'm sorry that Richis stuck in this, bc he is an awesome person and a great bartender! Read more
