Horrible. Waited 10-15 minutes twice in a week. One time I was the only car there and today I had one car in front of me and... Waited 15 minutes until I had to just pull away and leave. Seemed to be teens laughing with the employee in the car in front ofme. Just the same careless employee both times. The one who thinks it's appropriate to wear a hood at the window. I hopethings get better for this location. Perhaps hire better help. Read more

Be weary if you try to use a paper coupon and you pay for your smoothies with the smoothie king app. I tried to use a buy one... get one free paper coupon and was told they had to scan the qr code in my app to use the coupon. This made no sense to mebecause when you scan the qr code it is going to pay for my smoothie and you still haven't put in the coupon. I couldn't see thecharge on my cc until I got home and checked and I did get charged for all smoothies. The next time I was at the location Ipointed this out to them and the guy at the window went and got a superior and she proceeded to let me know that she didn'tbelieve my story. This was obvious. I even asked her if she thought I was trying to essentially steal a smoothie from her andwho would do that and she told me that I would be surprised at how often this happened. At that point really didn't know what tosay. I showed her the other half of the paper coupon and asked her to at least take my name and number and ask the employee ifit was a mistake. I haven't got a call back in over two weeks and feel so insulted that I haven't been back. My son and I weregoing three times a week and we still want smoothies so we go to the Daphne location now. I usually go to the Daphne location, but was in Fairhope today so I stopped in this one to get a smoothie... Their employees... were very pleasant and the smoothie they made was awesome...! I love that they use fresh fruit in their smoothies and theselection of different smoothies gives you so many options... Will definitely stop at this location when I'm in Fairhope... Read more
I don't know if yall know this but they close at about 8:30 every night. It's mental. I get off work, hit the gym, I get there... between 8-9 just to see it closed. I'm not exaggerating. They are also mad slow but im not mad as long as I get what I came for. Read more
