Best milkshakes ever. Went to get a milkshake but their milkshake machine was down. So disappointing.
I've tried to give this place every chance in the world but they are consistently bad. About half the time you go there... regardless of what time of day it is they dont have ice cream and tonight I showed up at 10:10pm and they said they were closedeven though there hours are listed as being open until 1am. Sonic, in Foley Alabama missed the assignment. We stopped because it was one of the few places open. We had been fishing and it... was almost 11pm. I used the App and checked in when I got there. Had to ring the red button because my order wasn't out yet,way after app said it was. Two tries later, my food was brought out. Burgers were COLD! Husband's fries looked gross to thepoint he didn't eat them. The dog even thought twice. My tots were hard, like they'd been fried more than once! Yes it was late,but I seen 5 employees working. The absolute worst sonic and customer service in Fairhope, 3 weeks in a row I have waited for and ice-cream for my family after... sitting in line for over 30 mins to finally get to the window and be told we can't make your ice-cream. After watching them makeothers the entire time. Its a shame what this place has become. Read more
This is what a Sonic Quarter Pound Double Cheeseburger is supposed to look like? A dried out cut in half cold patty, with some... cheese slapped on it, served on a soggy mashed flat bun...There is no excuse for such poor quality or service. I won't be back. Read more
Ordered a blast here and the ENTIRE thing was melted. Don?t know if they had issues with their machine or what. But they served... me a cup of melted ice cream. Read more

I would rather starve to death than go here again. After 45 minutes of waiting, I never received my food, which I paid $15 for... including a tip. What an absolute joke! They cleared the order to make it look like it was received on the screen. When I buzzedthey answered the buzzer but didn't speak to clear out the light. I buzzed again and was immediately met with, "We're drive-thruonly." When I asked where my food was I was told, "You're not the only customer in the lot." I am stopping payment with my banktomorrow.
