Tonight I went into Subway to get the $7.99 meal deal and after I placed my order and my sandwich was being prepared, I was... asked about what toppings I wanted and told the young man tomato, red onion, and bell pepper. He got the first two toppingscorrect and if he had a question about the third topping, all he had to do was ask and I would have repeated it to him; insteadof adding the bell peppers, he started dumping salt and pepper all over my sandwich. I stopped him and told him no; I wantedbell pepper and he told me that I needed to speak up because he didn't hear what I said!!!! ( Mind you, he did manage to get thefirst two toppings correct so I am not buying that he didn't hear the third and bell pepper sounds nothing like salt andpepper)!!!! He didn't need to be rude by any stretch of the imagination; all that it would have taken to diffuse the situationwould have been to say that he was sorry that he missed the last part of what I said and offered to make me another sandwich andthat would have been fine, but he didn't do that. I looked at him and told him that he could keep his sandwich, and I walkedout. I plan to have some dialogue with the manager about what happened tonight and let her know that the particular employeeabout whom I am speaking needs additional training on how to speak to the public!!!! On my hour lunch break I ordered a simple sandwich with light Mayo and it said my order would be ready at 4:15, 15 minutes after... I ordered it. I arrived and waited at 4:05 and there was no customers in the store, perfect time to make my sandwich. About 6people walked in at one time and I thought that since I had already ordered ahead that I would get priority. I was wrong. I gota notification that my sandwich was done and I walked in. To my surprise my sandwich wasn?t done and the workers were working onthe other customer?s sandwiches. On my sandwich I ordered light Mayo. Light Mayo. What I got on my sandwich was double extraMayo. I had a horrible experience with this subway. I pulled up at 7:11 AM and this location is posted to be open at 7 AM the open... sign had yet to be turned on. I saw some staff and figured I could go on in because they are supposed to be open at 7 but thelady walked out and told me "you are going to have to wait 10 more minutes". The lady who made my sandwich poorly made mysandwich she didnt even separate the meat she stuck it in there haphazardly and they didnt have 3 of the 5 different breadsavailable nor did they have cookies out. Not only was I not happy with the service and was it done haphazardly the employees sataround after making my sandwich sloppily. I do not reccomend going to this location and I am pretty easy to please its just thattoo many factors of this experience was subpar. Read more

Horrible service and no one is responsible during the evening shift. I ordered 4 sandwiches and a dozen cookies that where... prepackaged. When I asked the staff what kind of cookies where packaged I was told they were chocolate chip only so I boughtthem. Took the food home, feed my family and went to have cookies, started to pass out the cookies and to my devastatingsurprise they had Macadamia nuts mixed with the Chocolate Chip cookies. I called the store to discuss the issue with a managerand I was informed there was no night manager, I explained to the girl who stated she was the daughter of the store manager whathappened she told me she wasn?t the one who told me that so it wasn?t her problem. I explained to her that a mistake like thatcould potentially kill someone so they need to know when something has nuts in it and that why someone ask. I was then told thatthat no one sold me cookies that I must have stolen them. It?s the first line item on my receipt for $5.99 for 12 Cookies. I wastold it wasn?t their problem and was accused of stealing because they could care less. Read more
