I went to Wendy for breakfast and had a Bacon, Egg, Cheese on a Biscuit Combo. The bacon, cheese, egg, and biscuit was good.... The fries that came with it was okay. There was no decaf coffee. The regular coffee was extremely strong and very hot. So strongthat it was the worse coffee I ever tasted. I could taste the grounds it was so strong. I had to put ice in it in order todrink it without burning my mouth. Then I had to put 2 sugar substitutes in the coffee in order to kill the extremly strongtaste. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience due to the friendly manner of the cashier. The servers sitting in the restuarantwere unfriendly, never smiled, and never greeted me at all. I was the only person there. I was not sure that they were open. Itmust have been right after the morning rush but the breakfast menu was not visible. This was about 10 am+. The cashier was theonly friendly person upon entering. At departure one of the workers said some departing words. This was my first visit to Wendy.I usually do not eat fast food but cook at home but because of a 9 am doctor's appointment, I skipped breakfast. Read more

Ordered single cheeseburger and got double. Order of fries that was awful and cold. Worst burger ever!!!! Used to be decent, now... awful. Won?t return!!!! Read more
The crew here must be the laziest fast food crew around, they will just ignore you if you attempt to place an order at their... drive-through window. I bet Dave Thomas would roll over in his grave? Read more
Went at 5:45 PM to the drive thru and the servers said they couldn't serve anyone because there were only two people there. They... said we couldn't order in for the same reason. Why even stay open? Who owns the Fairhope, AL location? Do they realize theymade no money at the 8/6/22 dinner rush? ???? Read more
Two days straight I have went to the drive thru and got no service! First day I was told the system was down and it would be ten... minutes before they could take orders so I left cause I only have a thirty minute lunch break. Next day I see a car in the drivethru so I'm thinking they up and running. So I pull up behind this car and I wait. Five minutes later this car still hadn'tplaced an order and there is no telling how long this car has been there already. So the car moves but not pulling up to thewindow. So I pull up and they said they wasn't taking any orders with no explanation. At this point I'm like what's new. So thecar that was in front of me left and we seem to share the same thought cause we both went to burger king where they were openand willing to take my order. Read more
I am sadly sitting here with my child husband and mother in law. We waited 10 minutes for someone to take our order. It was... wrong. 10 minutes for the food we walked the whole restaurant looking for a clean table....there wasn't one. Luckily I hadAntibacterial wipes and wiped our table down along with the high chair. the floor is filthy. As we sat here many people who wentthrough drive thru had to come back in due to mistakes.
