Tried for the first time tonight (Twinsburg location). Loaded tots were awesome (but cold and smashed), spicy honey burger -... great (tomatoes tasted a little past date), and fried cheesecake. We really enjoyed the food. Common problem with using adelivery service, it needed warmed up by the time it got here. Burger and tots do not warm up well.
