Tried for the first time tonight (Twinsburg location). Loaded tots were awesome (but cold and smashed), spicy honey burger -... great (tomatoes tasted a little past date), and fried cheesecake. We really enjoyed the food. Common problem with using adelivery service, it needed warmed up by the time it got here. Burger and tots do not warm up well. Everything we ordered was bomb. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich was amazing. The tots were to die for. They also have great... cheese steaks! The service was great. I read the reviews and was hesitant to order. We are really happy that we didn?t listen!! The burgers were really good, the... spicy honey chicken was a hit with the whole family and we aren?t really big spicy food fans. The sides were amazing too! We hadthe fried pickles, onion rings, mozz wedges, and fried cheesecake. The sides were crisp, cooked perfectly. The cheesecake was abig hit with the kids. The girl who took my takeout order was very nice and patient as my kids were all taking their timedeciding. We will definitely order here again. Sorry man, huge miss from me. Love the cheese steak, but the burger was rather disappointing. Price point for the quality isn't... there right now. Burger was undercooked and lacked flavor. Also, I know you aren't wearing a mask, so I don't know why you keepdenying it on Google reviews. Final edit and afterthought: Was a regular to the Original Steak and Hoagies, but this guydoesn't deserve my business. Can't take criticism, counts it up to trolling.
