45 minute wait. Waiter was excellent. Ordered a medium-well steak, came out rare. Restaurant was extremely cold( I overheard... many people within my area complain). Was so dimly lit that a flashlight was necessary to read the menu.(again, many peoplearound me were using the phone flashlight to read the menu). Overall it was an underwhelming experience. Went for the first time a few weeks ago with hubby and we were both blown away! The server was training someone and both were... absolutely delightful! The service was quick and the food was AMAZING!!! Yum!! It was delicious! We ordered the calamari, astrawberry drink, burger, fish and the brownie- ice cream dessert. The amount of food you get was so well portioned for theprice. Loved this place so much I brought some coworkers this last Friday! Once again, great food and great service! My husbandand I both agreed on the way home that we couldn't remember a time at a restaurant where we had such a pleasant, easy goingexperience. Top notch ???? Read more

Have been here 3 or 4 times and would love to give this place 4 or 5 stars due to their menu - which is interesting for a chain,... but the service is mediocre at best. I prefer to sit at the bar when I go to a restaurant because I like to watch the TV andinteract with the bartender, my dinner friends, others customers even, but it seems they rarely smile and either don't know themenu, or couldn't care less. Terrible quality and small potions and prices are higher than 4 weeks ago. Fries and Calamari we're cold and old. They put fried... crumbs in calamari with no meat in them to make the plate fooler. We ordered egg rolls. They were nasty looking. They wererecooked and had brown areas in them. 3 spoons of Jambalaya for $23??? What a joke. There were 4 of us who visited today. Once we ordered it took over an hour to get our food. It was terrible~!! The classic... prime rib sandwich was dried out and cold. Same with the ribs and baked potato the butter didn't even melt on the potato andthe slow roasted tip was cold and dried out. It was disappointing to say the least. The check was over 100.00. All 4 mealswere disappointing. We didn't complain because we didn't want to hurt the feelings of those with us as were celebrating anengagement. We will not be going there again. Read more

The staff was so patient and accommodating! I had to place a take out order for 12 giant babies and the lovely staff at BJ’s... made sure the order was perfect. The young lady who assisted me Wednesday 8/23, was perfectly delightful and completelyprofessional. Her supervisor was exceptional and left me at ease that the meals would be ready on time, with all the specialneeds of each order taken care of. I will be happy to go back. Read more

Was so disappointed with the quality of food. Our waitress was very nice and attentive, that’s the only thing I can give a... positive too. I ordered a Santa Fa salad with chicken. No chicken at all on the salad and the Lettuce was wilted and warm. The drinks were ok, nothing spectacular. Shortly after being seated, our awesome server brought a complimentary children's starter for our little one. The fruit and roll... definitely helped with keeping her entertained while our food was ordered and prepared - I wish every restaurant did this.Everything tasted great and Maureen took fantastic care of us.
