Chick-fil-A customer service and empathy to their customers has really fell off i placed an online order the money was taken out... my account but when i get to the restaurant to pick up my food I?m told i don?t have an order even-though the money was takenout of my account i was told by the manager Katelyn that the owner Phillip Dunn informed her that even though my card wascharged it was nothing he could do about it. So i had no dinner and was still charged for food that i didn?t get it iscompletely unacceptable for a owner of a company to tell a patron that is spend hard earned money in their establishment thatthey will not give food or money back i will NEVER order from this location again. TERRIBLE customer service 24 hours later istill don?t have my money back in my account. They are really doing the Lords work car by car in that drive-thru. It's so magical, like Christmas. They never fail us! Little... angels work there and they are always so kind. Love this place and their sauce is Heavenly! Read more
Did my normal mobile order-#1 with extra pickles and insert tea. Waited in the unusual pick-up area in the middle of the... restaurant for 5 minutes. After not getting my food I walked up to the order counter and they handed me my food that had beensitting on the back counter?. Got on the freeway and realized there were no pickles on the sandwich. The fries were almostcold. The ice tea tasted horrible-like the water they use is super chlorinated or something-was undrinkable. Staff was friendlyonce I walked up to the counter. Read more
The drive through order people are always pleasant. I sadly had a bad experience the other day where I had a iced vanilla... coffee, the milk in it was spoiled to the point where when I got home I was profusely sick and I did contact them to let themknow, I even went back to the store to let them know and the manager on duty seemed not to care immediately stating there milkis new they just got a shipment today and barely seemed to care she called me today after I already spoken to corporate and toldme oh if you have an issue call the health department Read more

Go here every morning before work. Last few weeks.. my breakfast bowl hasn't been prepared correctly. Either no chicken in it,... cheese not melted, it's lukewarm it's always something. The last straw was not having a fork included, food wasn't secure..topwas loose. Like If you don't like customer service/dealing with the public..you shouldn't work in it under no circumstances. Good food but the order ahead takeout process is lacking when busy. They say to click ?you?re here? only when you arrive but... then you end up waiting longer than if you just ordered in the drive through. Also, they often say order is complete when inreality you still wait another 5-10 minutes until someone brings it out which defeats the purpose of the app again. Read more
