I was super hesitant to try this Subway again due to prior experiences, but I?m glad that I gave it another chance. The lady at... the counter informed me they were under new management which eased my mind a little bit. She then continued to make me the BESTitalian bmt I?ve ever had at a Subway before. Was eating lunch this afternoon when a crowd of about 7 people walked in. Three of them went straight behind the counter. They... grabbed cookies, sandwiches, drinks, and chips and started eating. They are NOT employees. However, one of the boys mom is andwas working. They were eating behind the counter. No one washed their hands. They didn?t pay for anything. This was hands downthe most disgusting thing I have experienced at a restaurant. Do not visit this place. This has obviously been an issue forawhile. The level of comfort with these adults at this place was unlike anything I?ve seen. So comfortable stealing and shovingtheir face with food without washing their hands. I have a short video I plan to send to headquarters that shows a portion ofthe incident. Read more

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. If I could give it 0 stars I would. They?ve messed up multiple orders that I have placed through... the app and put my health at risk by including ingredients that I am ALLERGIC to, despite the fact that my orders have neverincluded this ingredient. My order was also supposed to include double meat (which I paid for) and there was half of what I getwhen I don?t order double. When I called the day after my incorrect order was placed and picked up, I was told that I was notgoing to get a refund. The woman that spoke to me on the phone was incredibly rude and insistent that her employees had not madea mistake because the ingredient I had not wanted was not listed as removed on my order so that?s why they included it. Itwasn?t listed because I had REMOVED it on the app. This woman kept insisting that I was incorrect and that I needed to put it inthe special instructions if I wanted it removed from the sandwich because the sandwich automatically comes with it no matterwhat. Why would I need to do that if I had already removed the ingredient from my sandwich already? After I asked for the ownersnumber because she was refusing to help me, she hung up on me. I am incredibly disappointed in my experience here and sincerelyhope that their employees, especially the incredibly rude woman I spoke to on the phone, get a decent retraining on theircustomer service and order reading skills. The dude making my sandwich was PAINFULLY slow. Not the only time I've experienced this at this location either... But he seemed... pretty nice, and didn't mess up my sandwich. 3 Stars???????? Read more

Not overly impressed. My husbands burger was good. I had a chicken salad and it was very ok at best. The server was nice but... came to our table way to many times. The sides were very small and we were told they were enough to share. Sadly just notimpressed. Read more
