I probably order from this store about 5-6 times, Ordered a large pizza and 16 boneless chicken, when receive my order when I... got home I found that 8 chicken boneless wings were large and 8 were very small, then when I complain to the store he said noproblem you can get 16 for free when you order from us again, ( YEA RIGHT) then when I went to the store a few weeks later shesaid oh No , how do we know that you?re telling the truth?????? WHAT ??????? The owner was supposed to call me back. He nevercalled me back. Stay away from this place because they are not honest and Will rip you off I even spoke to the female managerand she refused to give the credit I was promised, these people go out of their way to hurt the customer I think it?s ridiculousthat I would even have to explain my story online, The manage said the owner owns 50 store and they didn?t care about thenegative reviews online, so not concerned about there customers, here is a photo from my Jan 16 order to prove I purchased, it?sfunny that I saved the photo for proof on my order!!! As once being a manager of many Domino's locations in Chester County for years (high volume stores), I am an extremely critical... customer of Domino's knowing what is expected of orders. I was happy to see this location in Fairless Hills open since closerthan other Domino's and my experience was not great from one prior that serviced my section. I placed a time order forcarryout. Large order, couple of pizzas, cheesybread, couple cinnastix, and couple of orders of boneless chicken. I hadspecial instructions of light sauce on our pizzas. I decided to go in to see how location looked inside. Remember, I am morecritical than most since I was a Manager and audit advisor for stores. I was super impressed! I was greeted right away by bothemployees in the store. Store was very clean. I honestly couldn't find a thing wrong. My order was ready on time (tracker isa great feature). Hot and fresh. They even bagged my dipping sauces separately and made sure I got them with my order. Myorder was 100% correct. Abundance of toppings and cheese. Light sauce as requested. I placed my order online and allrequests and items were correct. I am completely satisfied and plan to continue ordering from the location in Fairless Hills. My daughter is considering a job there because the manager and employee in store were so polite. Best experience with aDomino's location since I moved to Bucks County years ago. Got a coupon in the mail... large pizza five toppings, $9.99... thought it was a good deal. Called and got some call center to... place the order and they said they don't have that deal. Got connected to the store, told them I had a coupon and was told it's$10.99 if I order it over the phone and that the coupon was only for that price of I order online. So I got the pizza because Ialready wanted it. Looked at the coupon and no where does it say for online ordering only, it only specified it was forcarryout. Got to the store and told the guy and he argued with me and told me it was the price. Lol.. what a joke,! I neverorder Dominos and I will continue to never order Dominos!! I ordered pasta at 6.00 and it was delivered at 7:49 , it?s okay bcoz the weather isn?t good but I am vegetarian and they sent... me pasta with chicken which I didn?t even order and then after calling them they put me on hold and hung up . Wasted my moneyand time . Very bad service Read more
Unprofessional and rude. ZERO STARS Our food was never delivered. When we called, they said "well sorry, its late and we're... closing. Call corporate if you want a refund." Spoke to corporate who said that only the local store can refund us. When wecalled back the following morning, they refused to refund us and then blocked our number. So we got no food and no refund.Awful. The Morrisville location is much better. Read more
