Have the door locked half the time but no sign, so you have to park and go to the door to find out if it's locked, meanwhile a... bunch of cars go ahead of you to the slow drive thru line. Why not put a sign out if the inside is closed? Read more
Placed a mobile order for inside pickup because I know the drive through is always ridiculously backed up. I arrive AND THEY... HAVE THE DOORS LOCKED, so people are forced into the drive through line. Can?t even cancel order since it was placed on mobile.Never ever coming to this Dunkin again Read more
Always slow but wow this was the by far the slowest it's been. A terrible system for picking up mobile orders. Get it together
I just waited 33 minutes in the drive thru for a decaf iced coffee with no sugar. Received a full caf with sugar and some kind... of flavor but didn?t have 30 minutes to wait to correct it or the desire to wake up two sleeping children to go in. My cappuccino was not filled all the way. The girl said air was coming out of the machine. The prices on the drive thru menu are... wrong. I am always over charged a lot from.the price on the menu. Not going to this dunkin donuts anymore. Last 3 times I went Iwas over charged. Read more

We waited in line for quite some time about 4:15pm after noticing a sign that clearly stated $2.00 Lattes from 2-6pm, everyday.... We ordered two Chai Lattes for ourselves and a sprinkled donut for our toddler. When we finally arrived at the pickup window thetotal was nearly $10. I asked why that was, the response was that Chai is excluded from the deal. However, the sign out frontwas very visible and had no exclusions and a sign next to it that read ?Chai Latte, Signature Latte, Gingerbread Latte?. Thesigns are side by side. Any person would assume that these products are the promotional $2 items. The employee even came outsideto view the signs and continued to argue that it ?says they are not included.? It doesn?t say that anywhere. In my personalopinion I think Dunkin has horrible coffee and donuts but due to the convenience today, we tried to get something fast. We endedup with nothing in the end and a very bad taste for this franchise and specific location. We would not recommend Dunkin toanyone, especially if you try and use a coupon or enjoy a promotional item. Read more
Horrible place! Lattes are always cold! How is that even possible?!?!? So slow. And the girls that work there are so rude! Also... they lock the door when it is supposed to be open. I normally go.out of my way to a different dunkin because this one isHORRIBLE!!! Read more
