TERRIBLE! Three employees standing around while the drive thru is packed with cars. I went in and placed my order only to be... given it without the Bacon Egg and Cheese Bagel, $5.00 sandwich. I called the the store but no one would answer and the VM boxwas full. What kind of BS service where they foul up orders routinely and don't care to listen to their customers missing fooditems! The service was very poor I went to get a Happy Meal for my grandson. There was one car in front of me that car went forward I... pulled up to the place where you would place your order and no one was speaking to me I kept saying hello hello and then I seeanother order coming up on the screen that wasn't mine so I waited for another 5 or 10 minutes and then I pulled around becauseI thought something was wrong with their speaker when I pulled around the girl at the window at the cash register said yeah Iheard you i was dealing with someone. And I said I'm sorry I didn't think you could hear me because I couldn't hear you and shesaid like I said I was dealing with someone. She was very very rude so maybe you should take her off of that part of the jobmaybe she should just make hamburgers. The girl at the next window was very nice. I tried to call to speak to a manager but youweren't accepting phone calls and could not leave a message. Very poor. Read more

Today, I got burgers here that were red on the inside. I didn't even start mine, but my bf was halfway through when he noticed.... Genuinely do better. Someone could get seriously sick. Read more

i just wanna say i worked at an understaffed starbucks where we would have to close the inside and only do drive thru. so i... assume that's what was going on today at this mcdonald's. but y'all got me messed up i just mobile ordered and wanted to go grabit real quick, nope all the doors locked ???? with starbies we could turn the app off. but anyway i waited 45 minutes in thedrive thru which is not ideal, but whoever the kind girl was who was doing the first window, shoutout to her! i wish i got hername, she was young and had super pretty eyeliner. there was an issue with my order but she ended up remaking it herself for me.i know what it's like to work under these conditions. gotta give y'all 1 star tho only because one of the workers just stoodthere staring at me when i tried to open the door. like cmon girlie give me a heads up like "drive thru only sorry" why yougotta stare and say nothing? or had a sign that said inside closed. ignoring the customers just gonna make them angry, trust mei know. i pulled out of the drive thru as this lady on foot was screaming at the worker so i hope y'all could recover from thatsituation. and my only request is to just be transparent and let people know what's going on. locking the doors and juststanding there giggling is mad disrespectful like if you wanna do that at least have a sign up, then laugh away i guess ???? Slow, unprofessional, and unable to bag an order without making several mistakes. Placed a mobile order of $32.00 on July 30th,... and arrived at 3:16pm. the food didn't start to come out until 3:35pm and literally 90% of it was wrong. By the time I goteverything that I ordered I didn't leave until 3:41pm. It took 25 minutes to get them to bring out my order in 3 trips fromtheir employees, and 1 from me to get it all fixed. by the time I got it all the majority of the order was cold, and puttogether sloppily. contacted customer service on 7/30/22, 8/10/22, and lastly today, 8/25/22. There has been 0 attempts to makethis right. I placed an online order to ensure that all the items were ordered correctly, and even selected the sauces for thenuggets (which I received none of). nothing was special ordered, except for 1 drink to have no ice (not surprisingly they gotthat wrong too). The lobby was locked up, so it's not like they were "short handed" because they were only serving via drivethru and curbside. Even if they were out of nuggets when the order was summited when I arrived, it shouldn't have taken morethan 10 minutes to cook more, and box them. that could have been done 2 and half times during the wait for them to come out Read more

BEST. MCDONALDS. EVER. I placed a mobile order and the second I came in this nice young lady named Angie walked over and asked... for my order number with all smiles. I kid you not she is like the second coming of god! Everyone else was happy and I got myorder in less than 2 minutes. I highly recommend this establishment as the best McDonald?s I have ever been to due to theintense positivity passed on from the employees. Read more

You can't get any dipping sauce unless you order nuggets. The fries were barely warm. They had no idea which order was mine.... They made 1 sandwich wrong. 'll stick with the one on new falls. Read more

This has to be the slowest drive thru I've ever been to. They have two drive thru lanes, but one was blocked off. I pulled up... to the line and was one car back from ordering. The cars didn't move for 5 minutes. Finally I get to the speaker to order andthe guy taking the order didn't know how to put in the code from the McDonald's App that I gave him. He said I had to orderfirst and they'd take the code at the window. But I was using a deal from the App that only is good with the code. So I had towait to place my order until I got to the window. And wait I did. It was another 15 minutes before I got to the window. Theneverything was messed up order-wise because I was technically out of order. Seriously the worst McDonald's ever! Read more
