I was 1 of 4 people in our party for dinner. I had to write besides thanking the manager. Our waitress was so friendly and... courteous. A pleasure all the way around. Lisa was the best waitress that had ever served any of our party members. Making surewe got everything, including checking on our specialty orders were done the way we wanted things. ***August 2022 UPDATE*** My wife and I ordered takeout from Outback online. Very easy to use and pickup was a breeze at... curbside pickup. The food was very good. The only disappointment was the salmon was a little overcooked but not bad. Wereally enjoyed the food in the comfort of our own home. The Chili was spicy and amazingly good. The Nashville Hot Wings weredefinitely the 2nd best thing I ordered with the fried mushrooms being a close third. The order comes with bread so no extracharge which is a nice touch. ***Original Review*** I came in with my wife on Father's Day at 11am right when Outback opened. We decided on an early lunch instead of a late breakfast. We were the only ones in the restaurant besides the staff. We wereobviously seated immediately. Some immediate observations were the entrance isn't really clear on the outside of the building. It faces the main street. The parking lot had garbage in it from the day before including masks and diapers that patronsdiscarded. A little cleaning could have been done early Sunday to make it look better. We were only given 1 menu at our tableto review which makes it difficult to look at for drinks and food. The table was a little dirty as well right where it met thewall you could clearly see some crumbs as well as where the booth seat met the wall there was crumbs. Again a little moreattention to detail and the place would look great. The decor was actually nicer than what I was expecting. The lighting andopeness of the restaurant was appealing. The music was a little random. It went from pop country to alternate to country topop. No real musical identity. Our waiter Aseem was extremely friendly and playful. He brought us another menu so we bothcould review at the same time. We both ordered drinks and our entrées. Aseem came back quickly with the complimentary breadwhich was delicious. We were visiting PA from Queens, NY and decided to have dinner at Outback near our hotel. This is my first time to Outback in... Over 10 years. It was Amazing. Service was beyond perfect. Our experience here is always AMAZING!!! Every time we come to PA we make sure to stop by. Our waitress Lisa was wonderful and... lovely . She made our dinner very special. Our bartender, Tom Roper, was amazing! Very thoughtful and knowledgeable. He knew how to make my favorite Martini with Findalia... Raspberry Vodka taste the way it did a year ago even tho a key ingredient had changed, he listened to me and added his expertisewhich made it perfect! Staff was nice, food, not so much. Ordered wings for myself and grilled chicken and fries for my daughter. The grilled chicken... was so hard and dry that she could not eat it. She didn't touch the fries either, they were salty and hard. I had to give herhalf of my dinner to make up for it. The Wings were kind of bland, but still better than what she had. I traveled too far totake it back. 2 stars because the bread was good and the sprite tasted like sprite. Read more
Our server James was friendly and efficient. He never let our drinks get empty and checked in frequently. Additionally our food... came our quick and correct. Lastly this is a great restaurant for children as the music is not too loud and they have sensorybins available upon request. It made it possible for us to all dine together and my child not get antsy sitting in the booth.Will definitely be back in the future. Read more
