If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered delivery and it said 45-55 mins. Waited an hour and 20 minutes and tried calling the... store and it just got disconnected. Called the ordering number and all they would do is transfer to the location I ordered fromand just kept getting disconnected. I drove to the location to request a refund and they flat out said they just don?t answerthe phones anymore. Once I got home, over and hour and half after I placed the order, the delivery driver dropped off the food.The food was wasn?t even the slightest bit warm. Made an order over the phone for pick up, people from the Philippines we?re answering the phone and took my order, 30 minutes... later I went to pick u my pizza, sign on the door closed due to no heat in dinning room, called the number back and same peopleanswering the phone from the Philippines trying to take my order again????????? Confused , store was closed, and never got myfood , very bizarre , if your store is closed, then nobody should be answering the phone to take any order, just wastecustomers time Read more
This is these worst place ! We got the Big box deal and it came with wings after waiting 20 mins I asked her for blue cheese and... she tells me it's 80 cents for 1 little dipper they don't give them out nomore you have to pay for it but you sauce forbreadsticks !!!! it's you have wings with your meal you should not have to pay for blue cheese then it's a tiny little dippersmh PIZZA HUT SHOULD BE A SHAME THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME I GET ANYTHING FROM THEM Read more
I have always been a fan of pizza hut, and they will always be my favorite fast food pizza joint. I hadn't had their pizza in... just under a year and I don't remember anything changing during my last visit. However at this location on this particularnight, my freshly made pizza tasted and felt like cardboard, it was extremely poorly made and if I hadn't just spent a longnight at work and $20 on the pizza I would have just eaten something else. It was our first time at Pizza hut, we loved everything upon entering. Our server was Jason, he did not just serve us but he... educated us about our meal including our drinks . It was my first flavored strawberry ice tea and after having a taste wetreated him I'm helping us make a decision on what we should eat ...I hated lemon pepper wings but after trying it because hesuggested it , that is the only place I will come to have them.. thank you very much for everything.
