Twice in the last week, they have screwed up my order. The first time, I ordered in the drive thru and got home to find I only... received my sandwich (the wrong sandwich - not what I ordered) and my drink, but was missing fries). Today, I ordered using theapp and when I went to the drive thru window to pick it up, they told me online orders have to be picked up inside. So I parked,walked in, asked for my order, was handed a sticker-sealed bag, had to ask for my drink, and when I got home, I STILL didn?thave my full order. No fries again. I love your food However I visited your facility in Fairmont today and I was not mad but disappointed with the young man that... helped me He couldn't hear me and had trouble taking my order I received an order which was somebody else's order which was moreexpensive than what I ordered I could have left but returned to correct this The other staff person seemed upset with his errorand gave him the stink eye I appreciate you hiring people with disabilities but this guy should not be at the order desk I willstill go back but disappointed Read more
The Dr Pepper tasted like pure plastic. They gave me sauerkraut for lettuce and dumped a tub of honey mustard on my sandwich.... The employee's were fighting in the back throwing hands and each other and were shouting racial slurs. Also someone smashed myburger and there was a chicken tendy in my brisket sandwich.
