Horrible service everytime i got there. Can never get my order right, and they treat their employees horrible. Employees are... overworked, get fired for being I'll even with a doctor note and then don't get paid sometimes as well. Since when in thiscountry do you work and not get paid for the work you do? The worst food ever. They can't even read the screen and get my order right. I asked for the new royal chicken bacon and Swiss... and had no bacon and cheese plus the chicken was over processed. Very disappointed!! Plus the customer service was not great. Read more

Very disappointing. Asked for mayo, light ketchup and lettuce and they forgot the lettuce and put so much ketchup and mayo is... was soggy and dripping off the burger. Fries were a little soggy on some, onion rings looked as if they were double cooked orovercooked because the breading was missing on half but the workers were friendly. Read more
Some of the worst service I've ever dealt with. Had to wait for our food, and it was still barely warm. My daughter's first ... sandwich had hair in it that was bad. Her second sandwich also had hair in it. We were not going back in. So if you like hair in your food for sure go enjoy. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. I ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches at 1:40 and they both looked like this. I live across town so I wasn't going back. If... you call they say they will send a coupon for a free sandwich and it never comes. I love the original chicken sandwich but fromthis location I am always disappointed. So order few things nothing to big and burgerking wS not busy so we were pulled ahead so first they forgot a onion ring and... sauces so went back around drive-thru cashier said here 2 large onion ring I replied only 1 was missing she said he said heput them in the bag so we got home and a fry was missing to well so didn't even go back and even forgot the ketchup alsothe 2 original chicken sandwiches was reheated can tell because wasn't fresh and the color .
