Went in for dinner, placed our order. Were informed 20 minutes later that our gluten free pizza (for our celiac child) was out... of stock?so we had to wait another 45 minutes just to get half of our order to go, and then go find somewhere else for our childto eat after a long day on the road. If I knew it was going to take over an hour total to get one pizza and one burger, wewould?ve just walked our after they couldn?t fulfill our order. The kitchen ought to have let the wait staff know they were outof gf crust. No discount offered for the trouble (I didn?t ask, either). The waiter was very nice, and I felt really bad forhim. Left a tip, because it really wasn?t his fault, but it was an awful experience. Got all the way back to our hotel afterrunning to Pizza Ranch for a gf pizza (btw, THEY stayed open late just to make one for us) to find that the ONE pizza we gotfrom Green Mill was wrong. Service was expedient, food was great (Diablo wings ftw!) and our drinks didn't go empty! JD is a fantastic bartender/ server.
Well, I need to say that the experience at this restaurant was quite pleasant. Food was tasty and for the rest, our server I... think Cassidy or a name similar to that, made sure we enjoyed the dinner and the evening in the restaurant. They also let us hadour dog with us on the patio. Recommended for sure. Read more
I like this joint. A regular stop in our rotation. Sometimes burgers, sometimes pizza & wings, sometimes just appetizers, but... always cocktails. All great. Nice patio, good service, decent beer selection, convenient location. Read more
Everything we ordered was fantastic! Wings are a bit expensive but cooked exactly the way I like. Fire roasted shrimp and... mushroom pasta was the best I ever had. Decided to eat here tonight because my mom loves walleye and they were having their Walleye Fest. We were seated and offered... drinks right away. We waited another 15 minutes before our orders were taken. I knew by that time that it wasn't going to bean enjoyable dinner. We waited a half hour before we received our food. The server stopped by later and told us that everythingwould be ready in a few minutes. The few minutes ended up being almost 10 minutes. Once the food arrived, it looked great, but we were starving by then and the server had to refill our drinks because they were empty. My mom's walleye was huge, butthe cole slaw was very bland. My walleye salad was great but the walleye was very small compared to the photo. The chili limedressing was a bit spicy and thought there was too much on the salad. Most restaurants do not dress the salad and place it onthe side. I wish that were the case because I could have tasted it first and maybe request something different fordressing. Overall the food was good, but the service and wait time was unacceptable. Read more
