Don't order delivery from them. They'll give your food to someone else then when the driver appears to deliver they cancel your... order. You also don't get loyalty points back unless you call. Imagine that the lines closed. I'd rather order delivery fromanywhere else. Poor service. Also takes 3 days to get a refund. Read more
This McDonald?s is give or take, I?ve heard bad things about them but I usually try and form my own opinions and usually I?ve... had no complaints up until now, I waited 2 HOURS!! for my DoorDash and I get that is not there issue and there job, there jobwas to make sure my food was prepared and packaged nicely but the food was wrapped and just thrown in a small bag as well as mybutter and ketchup just thrown in the main DoorDash bag as well as my drink was not in there, I work at the east side McDonald?sand I could tell you this behavior would NOT fly I could say other things but I?m going to keep it nice and simple, I understandthat sometimes is a rush but please make sure your giving people there food the right way. This McDonald's needs a complete reorganization. They are terrible. Every time I am there they mess something up. I ordered 2 of... the same meal and they said they thought it was a mistake and only gave me one. They also said I only ordered 1 apple pie but Iordered one two pack of apple pies. Horrible experience. We were there around 10pm. There were 2 cars ahead of us and several behind us. We only ordered... slushies. They parked us in stall one. We were talking when I realized that we had been waiting 15 minutes. I look andthere are 4-5 ppl standing outside talking/smoking. I go in to get my drinks. A young girl goes to ask the ppl "Who issupposed to be..." They all come back in. They have a discussion about how they thought my drinks were handed out, etc.. I knew better than going to this one. I should have went elsewhere but didn't have the extra time. Small order of 3 things and... they forgot 1. And the frappe machine is supposedly always "out of order ". Always check your bags. Read more
