Mobile ordered my wrap from work a few doors down and it was ready when I got there in under 5 minutes.
Rude staff. Waited 40 minutes for a turkey sub that was placed on the app, didn't show up til 20 minutes after the order was... placed then told it was going to be another 15/20 minutes. Should be a way to update the wait times in the app. Additionally thebread was stale and the turkey tasted old (ended up trashing it cause it didn't seem safe to eat). I got maybe 8 fries with mysmall fry order (that was flipped upside down in the bag). Read more
1pm on a Sunday... SIX workers (2 cashiers & 4 handling food)... was given attitude when I asked the cashier if he rang up my... food? yet he had not rang it up. Stood in line again to pay for it to be told by the other cashier ?there?s a 20 minute wait onfood, you can cancel if you want?? Which I had heard her tell the 4 customers that went though the line before me and ALL ofthem had cancelled. I told her ?the wait isn?t a concern, this is the slowest Sheetz on the planet. I expected it when Iordered.? There are only 4 people waiting to pick up food & not much activity on the online pick up shelves... this isliterally THE SLOWEST SHEETZ I have ever visited & the employees are often rude and condescending when asked a simplequestion. FYI lettuce goes UNDER the bun. Not on top. It would seem the employees need a refresher on how to make a sandwich
