Horrible Customer Service. On April, 24th, 2022 at 8:00pm, I ordered a Supreme Meats footlong and a Italian BMT footlong. The... young lady who was preparing my food had an attitude from the start and did not mention she did not have all the ingredients tofill my order. It was not until the customer behind me made his order did I discover this. I asked her if she could replace theitem with a different item to which she reluctantly agreed. When she asked what type of cheese I wanted I told her provolone,she began putting white american on my sandwich and when I corrected her it was at this time she told me all they had was whiteamerican and pepper jack. I told her I never told her to put the white american on there and that I wanted pepper jack. As wecontinued the toppings her attitude continued as well. When she rang up my order she told the girl at the register to ring themup as Mozza Meats which were more expensive than the sandwiches I ordered, to which I corrected her and again was met with anattitude. After paying for my meals she sarcastically stated, "You have a nice day" to which I replied to her the attitude wasnot needed and that she was the one who was doing things I didn't ask for. When I asked for her name to make a complaint to hermanager she came back with an attitude and stated "You can just get out of the store". This young lady has just lost a customerfor this location and I'm sure I am not the only one. Read more

They made me some sandwiches and they were plan No sauce I take my receipt in then could have them refund me or make the right... sandwiches.. One of the employees said did you eat it I said yes I went back to work And it's not like I could leave again, PlusI was hungry and I ate it being dry draw because you forgot the sauce.. He said I'm not replacing your sandwich because you ateit ate it as I did I could have brought it back but it was too late he was closed... And I called when I got to my worksite andthey would not pick up... The employee was very disrespectful... That's why normally go to Eastside... Read more

The service at this Subway is horrible. Upon checkout I asked for two cups of water, one for myself and one for my girlfriend... meaning that each one of us would get a small clear plastic cup, but I was charged for two small fountain drink cups. Neitherone of us were wanting a sugary drink, but ended up getting lemonade since we were charged for the drink cups. When I askedabout the charges, the cashiers response was that he had to charge since he gave us those particular cups. The other worker, ayoung seemingly high schooler, was more focused on her boyfriend that was sitting at a corner table that she put the wrong sauseon my girlfriend's sandwich. Read more

I got a "salad" from this location. I was told they no longer chop the vegetables and then this is what was prepared. Rude... employees to top it all off. Trust me, spend a few extra minutes and drive to the Whitehall location. Read more

This location is always understaffed. Today, Saturday, Memorial Day weekend, two employees. TWO! Took me 25 minutes to get one... sub. Employees that were working were pleasant and efficient, just totally overwhelmed by the number of customers comingthrough the door. Even though this location is closer to my residence, from now on I'll bypass this location for the EastFairmont Subway, which has different ownership, different management, and is always well staffed and very efficient.
