A Great place to go
It was fairly clean, but it could be a lot better with some time taken for improving the appearance of surroundings. Not a... shaded spot to be had for parking especially during summer months when it's EXREMELY HOT. Read more
It is actually a physical therapy office named Mountain State Physical Therapy. And the staff is a great group of people.
