Went through drive thru orderd lots of food. Got home and NO hot sauce after requesting it. The manager blamed it on her teenage... employees and said come back for your sauce. Read more

After waiting nearly 10 mins in the restaurant, I wanted to confirm my modest order had been placed at the kiosk (as no one was... present up front). The employee who was just staring at his phone stated ?he just got there?, and had no idea if my order hadbeen placed. Avoid this dump. Read more

Absolutely horrible service. Slow. Not busy. I was the only customer. 4-5 employees chatting and looking busy but not getting... anything done. Understaffed I could understand but there?s only one of ne here! I try to be lenient. I?ve worked in customerservice. I?ve done food service as well. I understand it can be difficult and things aren?t always running smoothly but this isevery time I come to this location. Idk if this location needs new management, employees, or what, but it?s ridiculous. Ifsomething was taking long to cook, no problem if it was communicated. But it?s not communicated. Nothing was communicated. Justwaited 45 minutes for my food today and 30 minutes yesterday doordashing. RIDICULOUs! Read more

I haven't been to a Taco Bell in many years. You used to be able to get a lot of food for practically nothing. Not anymore. For... the $18 we spent tonight I'd have rather gone across the street to an actual Mexican restaurant, spent $6 more and had realfood. It won't happen again. Also the Root Beer dispenser was empty. Last night the drive thru was packed. We waited about 15-20min just to place our order. As we pull up to the window we are... greeted by a young guy named Dylan. This guy was awesome from the start!!! When you work with people on a daily basis you haveto be a people person and that's exactly what he was. He made my son and I laugh from the moment he opened the window and wecontinued to as we pulled away to head home. After waiting about 8mins at the window, he opened the window not to give us ourfood or to say sorry it would be a few more minutes before it would be ready. Nope he opened the window and told my son and I ajoke. What could have been an experience that made me refuse to ever give them my business again turned it to an experience ofjokes and laughter. As I always say l, customer service is everything when you work with the public. This dude definitelydeserves some recognition for his awesome customer service and upbeat personality!!! Companies should not only value employeeslike him, but to strive to keep and recognize employees like him. Because its employees like this guy. That keep people not onlycoming back, but talking highly of their business. I really hope that the right person reads this so that this young man canreceive the praise he deserves. Read more

9:13pm We got to Taco Bell drive thru not leaving the drive thru until 948pm. Yes I?m sure you are asking why 5 stars after... such a long wait. Well I?ll tell you why because Mo!! Mo was who was in the window taking orders and dealing with so much and my8 month old daughter just screaming in the drive thru I held her on my lap we got to the window her all upset and crying and Modidn?t think twice but to smile at her say hi to her wave back at her as she waved hi and waved bye. Thank you so much for justa split second of your kindness Mo. You will never know what it means for a mom to set at the hospital with her 8 month oldrunning a fever, cranky as can be and you made her stop crying by just being nice to her thank you so much for that. This place was pretty average at best. Cashier's register machine didn't work inside the restaurant, had to use the kiosk. Still... only received one receipt by text instead of two because I went back to order something else at the kiosk. Part of my order hada large unsweetened tea but they didn't even have large cups which I would have found out if I could have ordered at the counterlike a normal person. I do not like those stupid kiosks. Having told the young man at the counter when I picked up my food thatI paid for a large drink, he did offer a medium and a soft taco or something. I negotiated two medium drinks instead. Then ofcourse there were no tops for the medium size drinks. Most Taco Bells that I've been to have been really organized but thisparticular place was not at all. If it wasn't for the double beef grilled cheese burrito( which was really very good) I wouldprobably only give this a two-star rating. Read more

There's actually a new word made up for situations like this. Quiet Quitting. The staff is there, but they don't want to work. 1... girl was in the back working while 3 young men stood near the drive-thru window & stared out it. I was there to pick up adelivery, & I'm used to waiting because it's obvious that delivery orders aren't as important as other ones, but the personsitting in the drive-thru waited as long as I did (around 20 minutes). The staff wasn't even working; they were standing aroundlaughing & saying it was snowing outside. It's 72°. Not possible. It's beginning to scare me that no one takes anythingseriously anymore. Most of the food here makes one regret eating it anyways, but the lack of caring when it comes to making itis dangerous. This 1 star review has nothing to do with the girl in the back working. She should get a raise because she was theonly one actually working, & I could tell she cared about what she was doing. In situations like this, though, team work makesthe dream work, & she was the only one doing the work. No wonder the drive-thru gets so backed up all the time. What would oneexpect with only 1 person doing anything? Read more
