The meat was so dry on our buns. No way it was just cooked. Someone took a short cut. The strawberry is good.
Used the Wendy's app to order ahead, and picked up through the drive-thru! Easy process and food was good. It seemed like there... was only 1 or 2 employees so it took a minute to receive my order. Read more
Food was OK but staff was less than friendly. No hello or goodbye exchanged. I had to park and wait for my fries to finish... and that was fine. No ketchup in bag after telling them I wanted A LOT of it and no straws. The bag was quickly handed to methrough the window and they were off like a relay race runner. Read more
Ordered a Dave's single for my better half. She's got a dairy allergy bad enough we'd end up at the hospital if she ate dairy,... breaks out in a rash if she even touches dairy products. Asked for only lettuce pickles and onion on it. Should have had nocheese, no sauces just bun patty and those three toppings. Didn't get that order right even after they were told twice. Youcan't go inside to get it correct have to go through the drive through again. Girl who took the order, gave attitude upon havingit pointed out that she didn't listen and the order was wrong. $20 for a meal for each of us and then get attitude when you messup the order enough to put her in the emergency room? You people want $15 an hour and you cannot just listen to a simplecustomer request for someone with a food allergy? Wendy's people I hope you read this, you're our favorite fast food place andwe know you can be better than this. Read more
Hamburger patty was cold. Fries were warm but overcooked and sandwich was thrown together. And no napkins in bag but did give us... 20 salt packets but only needed a few. Don't order close to closing time. Worst experience ever! Read more
