I ordered a wrap. For almost 9 dollars I got two thin strips of bacon, three thin processed turkey slices and the rest lettuce... which was turning brown and was not extra grilled as ask. On top of that had to ask if opened because to busy chatting withanother employee. Never again. Read more

After a long night of driving. Arrived here two minutes before 8pm. Google said it was open till 9pm. Lady said it's okay. I... will take your orders. We all apologized repeatedly for keeping this employee past closing time. But were all treated as thoughwe are unwelcome, and given the silent treatment, other than asking what we wanted. Just to get us out the door. No reply to ourrepeated apologies. Basically saying, if you say it's okay to order. Don't treat customers (that are the only reason you'reemployed) like a nuisance, and not worth your time. If you wanted to close right at 8pm. My experience here totally made up for the lack of service at the subway in Radium. The staff was waiting ready to serve me,... this was a VAST improvement from the Radium subway. Subway food is tolerable at the best of times. What earned this location a low rating is the service. There were two employees... on, and about 10 customers in line. One employee (teenage girl) was working hard making sandwiches as fast as she could. Theother (older woman with grey hair) sat at the till and seemed to be doing some kind of data entry.
