Ordered one cold and one hot sub. after 20 minutes of holding the cold sub in my hand, the hot sub was ready... But it wasn't... the one I ordered, and had to wait as they hurried to make the right sub, which was still wrong. SMH. Read more
extremely disappointed! Ordered online 2 subs to pickup. I customized each order. Tuna with NO SALT as I can't have salt and... haven't for years. In watching the preparation I noticed the adding of salt which I questioned, at first she didn't admit ituntill I pressed further then when I told her I had order with no salt, she turned and reread the order and saw the NO SALT. Sheproceeded to remove the tomatoes from the sub added new ones and wrapped it up!!!! As angry as I was,(there were people inthere) I didn't say anything and left got home and threw the sub away as I know the salt wasn't just on the tomatoes!!! Totallyunacceptable!!! Read more
Subs are delicious but the people making them seem to hate life. Been many times and everytime they act miserable!!
What a trrrible customer service! They sent the wrong sub! The guy in the other end argued with me and I?m looking at the sub in... my hand! No refund no offer to send the correct sub! He stated he?s the manager well let me tell you I?m calling the owner andgetting his job! What a disaster! Read more
This was my second trip here and the service and sub was perfect. I got their special Philly sub and it as good if not better... than any others I've had. This sub is my overall favorite so I've got a lot of experience on comparing it to other places. Thisis now my go to place for a quick, big, perfect sub. Read more
Got my first Jersey Mike's sub ever, boy did they not disappoint. Got numberv13, the original Italian, this thing was huge. ... All fresh cut cold cuts, great bread, really fresh veggies. Very very satisfied. There's a new King in town, and it's JerseyMike's. Staff was very friendly and accommodating also. Read more
Very different experiences. Ordered veggie mini sub, didn't want peppers on it so its just cheese and lettuce. 1st worker gave... me multiple slices of cheese and actually filled the small sub with lettuce. Next worker made the same sub-literally 2 slices ofcheese and maybe 1/2 cup of shredded lettuce. Glad I had a coupon for some free chips cause wow, a mini sub the size of a fistcoming to a little over $6 is absurd. A little too much talking between the staff, should have been a quick pop in to order itand there was no 1 ahead of me yet took about 8 minutes. Overall decent. Read more
