So grateful for this new real Mexican spot!\nHomemade chips and salsa. Taco Tuesday can’t be beat for great meat and homemade... taco shells. And the hardest thing to find lately is the great service. Our waitress was on point and any other server thatwalked by asked if we needed anything. Love this new regular spot in town!!! Casa Sanchez will be new destination for us leaving the mountains. Both of our meals were fantastic. The taco meat was well... seasoned. The steak/fajita burrito was delicious. My favorite was their salsa that reminded me of many of the restaurants in SanAntonio. Finally, they have very reasonable prices. Read more
Surprisingly excellent Mexican food in FairPlay, CO, from an unassuming place. VERY VERY friendly staff! My wife got a free shot... of tequila when they saw her struggling with a particularly spicy bite—she thought it was a piece of avocado when in fact itwas jalapeño. Oh my goodness I am so impressed!!!\nMUY DELICIOSO!!!\nWe pulled into town at 830 and noticed all restaurants stop serving food... at 9 (being in the service industry myself I know how ppl feel with late guests but being a tourist town with tons of passingtravelers I figured it\'d be fine.) First I tried an Italian restaurant 835...the atmosphere was a bit snooty and when thegentleman finish setting a table he proceeded to tell me that it was too late for a table of 5..the pub next door tells me theystopped serving food at 8 (even tho Google said 9) we were deciding to just eat snacks in the car and try to find food inColorado Springs when I saw an OPEN sign (now 845 and I feel bad) I parked and ran in quick to see if we could still be servedand 3 smiling faces said yes yes of course!!! The atmosphere was FANTASTIC, the food was DELICIOUS, the portions were MASSIVEand above everything the service was AMAZING!!!! I will be stopping here every chance I come through!!??
