I?ve been to this location several times and have had great service, order correct and fast, employees very friendly and food... good. Tonight for some reason, total chaos, i stood 15 minutes at the counter before giving up. People with mobile orderscomplaining about incorrect orders and cars backed up at the drive through. This Burger King continues to disappoint. The employees carry a tone that says please hurry up and order so we can go back to... not doing nothing. The food is sub grade even for fast food. Still cold hash browns, dried out (aged) biscuit, and shriveledpaper thin eggs. Yum. Wasted my time, money, and cheat meal on this place. Please avoid and go anywhere else. Read more
Very expensive without coupons, but BOGO impossible whopper and FREE drink with the app download. Mobile order process was very... easy to order and pay through phone. Picking up through drive through was also very easy since no other customers were at thisrestaurant. How does burger king make money? They are always empty around here .. Read more
Unfortunately, my meal last night was the worst fast food experience I can recall ever having. The small order of onion rings... was $4.19. They obviously had been sitting for some time because they were cold and gummy. The double cheeseburger was also coldand lacked mustard. I threw 80% of it away because it had an off flavor. The nuggets were not cold, but not hot either. Within45 minutes of eating the "food", I became ill and had to make several trips to the bathroom. If I could give this place a lowerthan zero rating, I would. It was absolutely awful and I will never go back. Read more
ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE I've been here a handful of times since it opened and I have ever once gotten my correct... order something is always missing but my recipet always matches what I asked and I have to drive around or then go in to getwhat's missing from my meal. Not worth the headache and having to double check I've gotten what I paid for. Also, I'd like tonote the times I've gone there's been no one else ordering in the drive thru and the parking lot is empty. Read more
We ordered drive thru after a really long day of driving. Nobody else was in line or in the restaurant. Our fries were half... cooked and half filled (two large, got the equivalent of maybe one large), got charged $2 for adding bacon and got zero bacon,very little condiments on the sandwiches, and the customer facing experience was very dismissive and we felt unwanted. Grantedit was a half hour before closing, but this isn't a good experience to keep customers coming back. Read more
Terrible service, in need of serious reading help & training. They can't get a simple order correct. Always check your bag as... each time items were missing. The last time I went was on my birthday for breakfast. I received Cold sausage croissants & wasmissing a medium hash brown. I will never go back to this location.
