Took more than an hour and a half when we ordered hours before hand. I am very disappointed and all they offered us was 25% off... the next order. There will be no next order, I will never be going back. Called one of the managers and he basically told me Iwas being unreasonable. I ended up just picking up the order myself because I obviously could not rely on them. Tried to givethe new pizza place a try and I regret it. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Read more

I thought Marks Pizzeria was good? I will not have any other pizza ever again unless it is Caraglios. In my opinion, the dough... is the best. Absolutely BEST. I don?t know how to explain it but it chewy but cooked through. I order Pepperoni and always getCup N Char as the topping. My favorite special is on mondays?a LARGE PIZZA FOR $11!!!! Feeds my whole family along with 2-3slices to take home for left overs. The left overs are just as good if not better than when firstly cooked and that?s using amicrowave to reheat. Pizza is generally good, we used to order from them in Greece, and since our move to Perinton we started ordering from the new... Fairport location. I would say we order a fairly significant amount of pizza and wings in any given year. I was disappointedwith the customer service on my most recent order. I ordered a 1 topping sheet pizza deal, however when the pizza was deliveredthere was no topping. I wasn't going to bother calling about it, however given the number of times we order I figured I wouldcall and let them know and request a credit for a topping on a future order. The person who answered the phone indicated theywere a manager and that although my order (done on the app) was for the 1 topping special, I must not have selected a topping(I believed I had selected pepperoni). When I said I was only looking for a credit for a topping on a future order I was toldthere was nothing he could do because he can only go off of what I had requested in the order. I asked if that was his customerservice solution, basically blame the customer over a $3.49 request. I apologized to him for wasting his time on something thatwas clearly my fault and that was that. For those who care about good customer service perhaps try another location. If it isnot a big deal to you, then you will get a decent pizza from Caraglios. Read more
Tried this place at first because it was on my way to my grandmas and it was easy enough to grab us something on my way to... visit, but I have to say I am so in love with the pizza here. Cooked right ,lots of toppings, and the dough is perfectlybalanced with the crispy/chewy. I personally love the deal they have on Wednesday. Also anytime I bring this to someone whohasn?t had it I always get the ?where did you say this was from? It?s so good!? And no one has been disappointed. My go to localpizza spot for sure. Read more
