I love Dunkin donuts. I Go between them and Starbucks. I Also take my daughter and the child I watch there once a week. Where... they are able to get either food or a refresher drink. My daughter likes a plane vehicle or or Glazed donut. The other childlikes the the bagel bites it's and breakfast wraps. They both like the dragon fruit Refresher. Right Now I love the peanutbutter cup machiato. I wish it was all Season long. Read more
Service has been great and orders are made up quickly. This place is very busy and has a very short drive-through which causes... drive-through traffic to back up out into the street and affect traffic flow Read more
Being in a gas station I feel like they do not offer everything Dunkin has available
Literally the worst coffee I've ever tasted this morning. So sour and undrinkable, I had to stop at Scottsville Rd Dunkin before... getting to work just to get a replacement. There's was perfect. Idk if it's bad brewing or old beans, or if it's not brewedfresh in the morning, but something about the iced coffee between this location and East Rochester, it's always very sour orbitter tasting regardless of original or sunrise batch. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because my food tasted good and theservice is always very friendly. Read more
Asked for the brown sugar latte and even though it was on the menu the girl said they don?t make it anymore. She definitely just... didn?t know how to make it. I then got just a black cold brew and the drink was lighter than iced tea so much so I couldcompletely see through it. When I asked if it was in fact coffee the girl was so rude said that?s how it always looks and walkedaway. The other girl working was so nice said that it was not correct and made a new one right away. The girl with the terriblydone pink hair needs a serious attitude adjustment. Read more
As a former employee, do NOT eat food from here! No one washes the containers, things are rarely labeled and the entire sandwich... station itself had a WORM in the bottom from lack of upkeep. People that work here don't care about their jobs! It's why I left.And the general managers only care about having bodies to work for them. It's worth the extra drive to go to a different Dunkinor just grab something from the gas station- which I would literally trust more for cleanliness/freshness. Read more
Dunkin is normally great. I like the food and coffee. But this location needs new management. It is consistently getting orders... wrong lately and today was the worst. Forgotten items or running out of items have been commonplace, but today they forgot halfthe order. When I got home I found almost half the croissant was burned making the sandwich inedible. The girls inside were eventalking about a fire as we waited at the window. We did not think it would have been our food. Who would serve a severely burneditem to a customer? Where is the management here? It always seems chaotic while a couple ladies just chat away in a corner. I'massuming that is the manager since it doesn't seem like any work of that sort happens here. I'll be driving out of my way to goto a different location from now on. It's not worth the convenience to go to this location anymore. Good luck to the crewmembers here. I feel bad for them.
