Enjoyed a lovely summer evening yesterday night with a group of friends at the outdoor patio overlooking the canal. This is a... quaint spot that has fresh food, and good drinks. If you are looking for the perfect spot to go on date night, or just an excuseto get out during the week I highly recommend this place. It was my first time, and as a visitor from out of the area Icouldn’t have been more impressed with what Fairport had to offer. Always excellent food here, and it's in a beautiful location facing the canal. I love their tacos even if they run on the spicy... side. Lulu's gordita is one of the absolute best, as well as the fish taco. Read more
I was recommended to visit this place a long time ago and I'm glad I finally did. The two greatest things about LULU is it's... value and atmosphere: Not only is the food affordable but you are getting a lot of bang for your buck. The single-order tacosare significantly sized and the burritos are giant. As soon as the meal was over my party walked away discussing howinexpensive the dinner was. This is a rare benefit in an age where it seems like everywhere you go is getting more expensive.The cocktails have interesting diversity and I look forward to checking out their flights on my next visit. You are also havinga dining experience on the canal. There are unfortunately not that many places as there should be near Rochester where you candine outdoors and view the water; I'm happy to add this place to the list. On top of that, the bartenders were friendly, fun,and personable when it came to answering questions and provided more than satisfactory service. The nacho's were HUGE and delicious...we had chicken, my wife had the carnitas soft tacos (delicious) I had the shrimp taco that... was sooooooo good the Gordita with beef fell a little flat, I'm thinking kn it's own it would have been awesome. Heard the owner of the former Itacate restaurant was involved and got here asap. Service was pleasant, my Paloma con Mezcal was... delicious, and the food was excellent. Will be back. Fairport is lucky to have this place! Read more
Stopped by for lunch. Got the suadero, fish and chicken tacos. Not the biggest fried fish taco fan but this was awesome. Steak... was good as well, nice and spicy. Nothing to write home about on the chicken, just meh. Nice atmosphere. Would come again. Read more
Went there at about 8pm on a Saturday and they said only reservations avaliable. I went to website and was able to book 845.... When ordering it took a bit before waitress came over but that was OK. Our waitress was amazing. Food took a bit of time, longerthan it should but they brought use extra chips. The food was amazing. There's alot of Mexican places popping up and this standsout, Gordita, the chicken sandwhich, cauliflower taco, it was all amazing. Overall this was a good experience, great atmosphereand I would visit again. Read more
Excellent food, and amazing drinks. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is enchanting. This is my new favorite spot.
