So I hadn?t ordered from Perinton Pizza in a while. I love their Landfill pizza, wraps and plates so I decided to order tonight.... I got a pepperoni pizza and a personal landfill pizza for the family. Crust was burnt. I can work around that. However, theyleft the sauce off of the Landfill pizza. That?s what makes the pizza a Landfill and not just a bunch of random food on dough.We called them and literally did not care. No offer to make it right. Just???????????. I will continue ordering from Mac?s likeI have been doing. Perinton puts on a great face on FB but can?t follow through on customer service. Mac?s never disappointswith any aspect of service. We just ate here while on vacation. The pizza and calzone were very good?perfect crust?and the eggplant parmesan was one of the... best I?ve ever had?perfectly crispy yet tender, delicious, and huge! Perinton pizza is my favorite. I love thin crust, the sauce that is not full of oregano, and whatever cheese blend they use.... Their wings, salads, suns, and Chicken French is also very good. They have always been friendly and welcoming too. Read more
We ordered 2 large pizzas with 3 toppings on each and everybody commented about how great the pizzas were. They were tasty! And... they were delivered by a friendly gentleman in a timely fashion. He even figured out we were in the back yard and delivered themthere! Great experience! Read more
Called in an order tonight and spoke with the most courteous person. At the last minute, more guests were coming over and I... didn't think I would have enough food. I called back about 15 minutes prior to my scheduled pickup time to ask if it waspossible to add another medium pizza to the order. They were able to make it happen for us and sounded happy to help me out.This may seem like a simple thing but professionalism and really good customer service goes a long way. This is my absolute favorite Pizza Emporium in the entire state of New York. They have absolutely everything! From fresh baked... cookies to 'trash plates' pizza and the sauciest wings you can find in Fairport. I no longer live in New York but every time Icome home, I try and make this my first stop after getting off the plane. The place is and has been completely family owned andoperated since they started. They are a truly caring establishment. They genuinely care about the customers and employees. Thetrash plates always have amazing not too spicy, perfectly balanced with flavor hot sauce, and the mac salad is always preparedfresh. The crush on all of their pizza is a perfect combination of just fluffy enough and stiff enough to get a good grip on.Home fries are always perfectly crisply edged on the outside and soft on the inside. Inside the restaurant is very clean andwelcoming. The parking lot outside is shared but I have never had a problem with parking when picking up. The delivery driversare family too and most if not all of them live within their operating area and are always very friendly. They also have a largestock of drinks that are available for purchase with your meals inside. Ordering over the phone has always been a breeze andthey have never gotten my order wrong through years of going there. I look forward to coming back again and having more of thisamazing food. I have tried Chicken French at dozens of restaurants in the Rochester area. Perinton Pizza has the exact right combination of... batter and lemon flavor. Large slices of chicken that aren't too thick. (Just the way I like it!) I have had them cater mybusiness and family celebrations and everyone has always been thrilled with the food, to the point that IF there are leftovers,there is often a struggle to take some home! Oh, and the gnocchi. One suggestion...rename them to Pasta Pillows from Heaven!!They are the BEST I have ever had anywhere! They are the furthest thing from dense you could imagine. I am very impressed howthey compete very favorably with some of the best Italian restaurants in the region. Quality food, great service and reasonableprices. What more can you ask for?
