I've ordered a steak melt twice online and once in store. Each time was wrong. It's supposed to be pressed and have extra... cheese... I was hoping that the issue was with me ordering online, but today I asked what the difference was between the normaland the melt and she said she didn't know and that they were the same... I guess she didn't see the sign near the register thatsaid they charge $2 more for a melt. Nothing but attitude, though she treated my wife with respect. As others have noted, mysteak was cold. Super depressing experience and will not be back to any of this franchisee's locations. If anyone plans onusing a footlong coupon, avoid this place. They do not honor those coupons. Read more
Ordered a steak and cheese sub toasted with green pepper and onion. Took a bite was cold on inside. Took it back up had them... toast it again was still cold in some spots. I didn't bother to try to toast it again as sub roll was already crispy. If I do goback it won't be for any type of hot sub. Read more
How are we going to come over here to order a meatball sub with only provolone and not even have it warmed, wait in line for 10... minutes, get ignored by the girl making the sandwiches just to be told by the one lady they had to shut down 10 minutes.Literally, there was only me and a guy in line!!! This place makes their own hours. The hours listed online are never accurate. If it?s rains, snows or just too much sunshine,... they do not show up. Whoever runs this location, should switch industries immediately. Read more
I will never return to this location again after the way I was treated! Went in for the first time and asked the woman if the... bread was just baked recently as I always do in any sub shop I visit, just a prefrence of mine and she gave me a attitude alongwith a dirty look and told me no they bake them as soon as they open in the mornings so I explained that some subways aredifferent thats why I ask and she then looked at her coworker and rolled her eyes. As she is in the middle of making my sub shestops to talk to her coworker about how a customer came in earlier and was upset with her about the way he was treated and abouthis sandwich, this went on for a good 5 min and left me standing there waiting for her to finish her conversation before askingme what else I wanted on it, once she was done making it and ringing it up on the register I asked her if she had a fork andknife I could have and she gave me a dirty look again and with a attitude said "A fork and knife? I said "yes, if I don't usethem I end up wearing everything so it's just easier this way" she then said "This is a first, I've NEVER been asked for a forkand knife" after she has pushed my buttons now to the point of anger and embarrassment my response was "Well, to each their own"and she got snotty with me again and said "Yup to each their own" I could not believe this woman was so nasty nor should I everhave to explain why I'm asking for anything! This woman should not be working with the public and is very judgemental!! Do not order online here. I waited 45 minutes for my delivery order to be ready and ended up driving there myself. The worker... did not start making my sandwich until I got there and I said I had ordered online. He had the order and just didn't make it,and it wasn't even busy. Didn't get my food until 1 hour after I ordered it. Seriously, if you want Subway go anywhere else!Also the phone number doesn't even work. I tried 3 times. Read more
